Have you ever considered writing a story about a transplant like Jim ( and Jim only ) was hopeing for?
A female surgeon of course.
Wouldn't you just love to get your hands on the menu for something like that, the available options, sizes, shapes.
Custom ordering, built to fit perfectly?
The measuring alone would be quite an experience.
Miss how big did you want it?
