Hello,
We have been trying to order some dvd's from zoodvd.com, but without any success. We have created an account with them, but everytime we "add to the basket", our basket remain empty. We have written to customer support, but no replies.

Has anyone else had this problem? Anyone successfully order from this site recently?

The site was on the last beast newsletter, so we figured it was still a valid site.

Thx Much.

If you use internet security products that block cookies and popups and all that good stuff, it is possible that you are also blocking the mechanism that is used to track your order. Sometimes - cookies are used by sites to track those things you are "adding to your cart". I can think of two "quick" options while you're waiting for customer support.

Option one... tell us what security products you are using and alllllll of the settings that are active. Then we can suggest what to change.

Option two... select your product's option to "disable" the product, make your purchase, and then "re-enable" it. If you trust that site with your credit card number, you should trust it without virus protection for a few seconds.

Option two is what I'd do, but then I'm crazy that way. B)
