dont sign up at www.zoospunk.com because the site is not available since more than 6 hours!!!

i signed up in the morning today and since 11.19 the membersite http://members.zoospunk.com is not available and i have no acces to this service that i payed for!!! i send a some mails to [EMAIL REMOVED - USE THE PM SYSTEM] but i dont receive an anwer since 6 hours.

so save your money for X-Mas or something else and dont sign up at WWW.ZOOSPUNK.COM!!!

i'm really angry now!!!

that is unfortunate because it's just a 3 day - but it was a weekend that just passed - and then if you factor in time zone differences ect ect - 6 -12 hours is not all that unreasonable for an unanswered response - it happens... please give us a heads up and let us know if the problem gets corrected or not...

just to let you know.the server did crash badly on saturday,due to too much stuff on it's HD.the server is back up and running now.hopefully,zoospunk will be ok aswell.i'm not a member there,so i don't know if it is up and running.the site owners were just as lost as you were when they shut down.if you send a mail explaining you only had a 3 day pass,they may give you another one if you ask.they are very decent people. :beer:

ok the server is crashing. "Shit happens" i understand this.

But i dont get any answer of my mails to support.webcombilling.com, i call them yesterday in the US (from germany) i raised a Ticket yesterday...No respnding!
i dont get any advice, there is no advice on the page itself that they have server-problems and other customers signed up have the same problem but zoospunk get their money anyway this makes me really angry!!!..:evil:

The membersite is up again but i cannot download the vids because there is no button to downlad. There is only a button to buy the vids on DVD!!! :evil:

I should ask? Who asking? Do you have a mailadress?

You know these people from zoospunk.com? So maybe you can tell them about my problem and ask them when the download is available again. If is is not today i want my money back, tell about this all animal-sex-forums all over the WWW...and never ever sign up gain in the future!!! please tell them this.

i am sorry to hear you are still experiencing problems.i must say,i cannot contact a website owner,or any of the website staff,regarding someone elses membership there.a website would never discuss someone elses business dealings with anyone other than the person who is a member.it would be highly illegal for the website to do that,and they would never abuse a paying members trust in that way.
I am not a member of the site at present,so if i were to contact the site,i would have to use the email or contact address they give on their main page or sign up form.considering i am not a paying member,the chances are they will completely ignore my request for information on the internal workings of the site,that i am not a paying member of.
I have been a member of different sites in the past,and some have had server crashes.i was never kept up to date with what was going on either.all i could do,like all the other members,is wait until it was all sorted out and the site fixed ( no download button was one of the problems i have experienced in the past ),when the site was fixed,then,the webmaster would post a statement telling people what went wrong with the site,why it has taken so long,and would apologise.
The chances are,the website owner is at this very moment,replacing all the movies and pictures that were destroyed by the server crash,and trying to fix damage done to the site,like the download button vanishing,as quickly as he can.
All i can suggest,if you don't mind me saying,is be patient.if the site has been damaged by the server crash,there is a good chance the email system may have been damaged in some way also.

problem solved. I get my money back and everything is OK for me. They told me yesterday it takes two more days to fix all the problems but i dont want to wait and dont like the material that much because of the fake cum shots...

About a month ago I signed up for their 3 day membership & although the site worked I'd say average............I was annoyed to see that a number of the movies that were prominently advertised on the sign up pages complete with sample clips
etc. were NOT in the members section whatsoever. I'm not talking about 1 or 2 movies either. I've heard that some sites limit access to trial members, but if that's the case then it should be clearly noted. And yes, I'm pretty sure that at least some of the cum shots were, shall we say, "enhanced" with something other than cum.
