Hey been trying to log into the chat room and i keep ending up on a blank screen..
the logos and such are on the top of the screen but where the chat should appear is ziltch..

any idea what i am doing wrong?

Clear all your cookies and temp files, and reboot.........hopefully that'll work.

Hmm odd, i was in chat and the room seemed to freeze i assumed lag, so i closed chat and reloaded and now it doesnt want to seem to open chat will load the blue bars for emotes etc then goes white background but no chat box then says connection failed. I tried clearing cookies history etc and no luck. So is it just me or is chat down at the moment for everyone?

I can get into the chatroom ok, but within 5 minutes my computer freezes. If I clear/reboot and try agin the freeze is practically immediate! Further attempts seem futile.. I've pretty well decidd to spare myself the frustration and stop trying!

Im sorry I cant imagine what the problem is... other than making sure your flash player is up to date... :: shrug :: I cant think of a thing to say to try and help... we will miss you in there :)

Hello I hate to be a bother but every time i click on the chat icon o am asked again for name password I give but gant get inti chat.

oh noooo! just when I want to go on chat since I havent been on it for the LONGEST time, it just doesn't work for me! :(

When I click the chat button on the main page, a new window pops up and everthing seems to load for me until it gets to this screen (see pic below). It just says "Incorrect Password" and I can seem to type anything in the text boxes above that. Even if I click the Login button it still doesnt work :blink:

I'm using IE 7 and I've cleared all the temp files, cookies, EVERYTHING before trying it. Still no luck <_<

I'm really at a loss here...could anyone help? :(

Try deleting cookies and temp files, and REBOOTING. Sometimes, that's the only thing that works for me. When you see the user list come up on the right hand side, you're in.

Hey everyone

As a handy hint, for all those who are using IE7 and think it might be causing them problems try the following

In google do a search for Multiple IEs

You can download a file then which will then allow you to install multiple versions of IE eg 5.5 and 6 ( no need for anything earlier ) so you can then choose between 5.5 or 6 or 7 and see which works best for you
