I have been trying to download "free" 3d programs to help me put my mind's eye into real art, but they are all seemingly bogus...ie., they let you download a teaser, and then want money to make it work. Are there any programs out there for us financially challenged individuals who would like to create 3D art, but are not able to foot the bill for marketed programs? I have alot of great ideas, but have not found a program that I can fully download that will allow me to make these visions come alive...any help would be appreciated, and thank you for your time...

Besides Daz3d is a free program, complete not a trial version like some. And IMO is the easiest to learn with. I use it for all my rendering only time I touch poser is for the cloth room.

I've gotten over 17 Gigs worth of Daz related stuff built up....total cost to get was Zero.

I am also looking for a good 3d art program.

Dam...I hope its ok that I use brand names.

Blender 3d is extremely complicated, 3ds max is ok, but doesnt have what i want.

Can anyone tell me of a good 3d program, not to hard to use, but has good features. Anyone?
