I have been with my GF for a while now and will probably end up marrying her someday. We have talking about moving in together. She loves dogs, especially golden retrievers. She always mentions that she would like to get a dog when we move out and she said that she wanted to have a larger dog or a golden retriever. Hearing this got my hopes up. The other day we were in a large crowd of people on the street and a man with a black lab walked by. My girlfriend mentioned did you see that things penis. She held up her hands and said that it was sticking out about 9 inches. I looked to see the dog but there were too many people to see around and I didnt want to make a seen by chasing it down although I probably would have if I was alone. The blood was fowing and I really thought I had something, but then she mentioned the thing about having a dog when we moved out, but she wanted to have a girl dog. I asked why she wanted to have agirl dog and she said that male dogs hump at people sometimes and she thought that this was gross. She has said that the sight of a dog humping someones leg is digusting because she doesnt like the thought of them being sexual she just wants them to be warm fuzzy cute animals. Sorry for the length, but what do you all think. Am I totally done, or is their a chance? And if there is a chance how could I hint to her or introduce the beast idea to her? Oh yeah Im not into doing a female dog either so thats not a good constilation.

don't completely give up hope. when i was first checking to see if my bf back in the day might be into beast i brought up male dogs humping and said it was gross just to see if he'd disagree with me. it's a very cautious way to hint about it, in my opinion.

Just tell her female dogs hump peoples legs aswell - which they do.

I havn't seen female dogs humping anyones leg personally, but I remember reading about it somewhere on the net, so I just pulled up a google search, and here you go

I once was sitting on couch in my cousin's house and their female dog, just a little one came and jumped on my leg and started humping at my feet! :o I am not into animals by the way, just browing this place out of seeing myself at how I am doing today...whether or not I still have the desire to see it with my girlfriend and I have come far out of it, but then why am I coming back here? Just an examination :D , it does get me excited sometimes lol and then I start to rethink the whole thing again. It's not my priority at all so I am fine really.

Anyway, that's another story but you got your answer! female dogs hump too and I was very embarrassed when this happened because my cousin brother saw and just ignored it. Hmm..

Now tell her and see what she thinks, just because she never saw, doesn't mean it doesn't occur. ;)

I agree she might be feeling you out to see your response I know how I felt my bf out, he kept telling me that was cruelity to animals etc, so I didnt discuss that subject with him anymore until my conversation about my bday present a friend gave me this year, yesss I got to experience the wonderful world of doggie love.. My bf asked me what happened I was hesitant of telling him but then it just started rolling off my tongue his response was damnit I always miss the great things you do without me, I said thought you said it was sick etc he said hell no I just didnt think you were that kind of woman, I would have loved to seen that. So needless to say I got my own K9 invited my bf to help out the first night I had him. Yeaaa funny how its not animal cruelity anymore... But yes I can vouch that female dogs do hump when I was younger we had a mix female dog she would hump my leg all the time one night I was in bed & Susie came in started humping my legs, needless to say momma busted :whistling: us, smacked Susie off me told daddy either you get her fixed or she leaves.. :crazy:

I don't know, if its a matter that she really finds the idea of dogs being sexual creatures as truly disgusting to her, then I think you are probably S.O.L. my friend. On the other paw, if its a matter that she has never really come to the realization that dogs ARE sexual beings, then some sublte hints like some pics or very short video clips might change her mind. But I wouldn't necessarily say all hope is lost just yet.

I have a female dog.. and if she finds the right toy she humps over and over and over.. she will even pass out next to it wake up and proceed to start humping all over again.. LOL good luck :wub:

I definitely think that you should have said something like, "Why? I don't think it is gross at all, in fact I think that it is erotic, or sexy, or something like that." Then you could add that they can be taught to behave in pubic.

I bet that you would get a favorable response! I do believe that the odds are in your favor. You don't need to admit to having ever done anything should she act negatively.

The fact that she took so much time to notice the size of the lab's equipment indicates more than an accidental sighting.

I'm just guessing here, but maybe it might be only a fantasy for her, and if you had a large male dog , she might feel uncomfortable around him, knowing she might not want it to go past fantasy.
