I had never thought of meeting with a woman from here. I guess it would be like the dating service I used last year, meet for coffee and chit-chat. Would be interesting to say the least.

I have just recently and it went really well :D I was very nervous but not near as much as I thought I would be, and the couple I met were fab, we were soon chatting away like old friends and could have done for many hours I think.
We sat by the river, had a chat and a smoke, while sparky tried to bark his way into the conversation :lol: The weather was fantastic and the company even better, so all in all a great sucess :D

On Friday I met the someone special i had met through this board.

I met a couple a few weeks ago. We went out for quick drinks and conversation. Unfortunately, Hunter was not up to the task and we were all dissapointed. Hmm.. maybe next time. :thinking:

I just looked back a dozen pages and chose a thread to bump!

I've met over 100 Zoos in RL all over the USA, and about a dozen here in the UK - in fact six other Zoos from UK, Germany and USA were here last weekend, just for a day & night.

We had an interesting social, watched some videos and had a nice long walk in the countryside with four of the dogs.

It's nice to be able to "be yourself" with others who share your "big secret" sometimes...

I've had one meeting with a very nice uninhibited couple (swingers) from this site.
No animal involved, but I did watch them have sex (too nervous at first for me), which proved to me that they were legit and sincere. Hopefully we can hook up in the future and pick up where we left off... :rolleyes:

I have been contacted by many men (who I'm not particularly interested in sexually), and surprisingly several single women. We chatted awhile, then when it gets close to a meeting, they seem to back out, and we lose contact. I'm trying to not be pushy or over eager, I leave it up to them. So I will keep trying. Sometimes I wonder if it is the authorities checking me out? or just paranoia...

I think some people don't realise how hard it is to get all the work schedules and arraingements out of the way. And hauling a big dog that hates to be in a little car doesn't help..LOL

I made a good friend from BF. We met via the personals and talked for a while online, as I lived across the country and was going to move to where he was. Of course, we were both nervous, as neither had spoken to another zoophile before. We eventually got comfortable with each other. When I finally got to Atlanta, we met up, went to a movie, went hiking about and had a good old time. I now talk to him all the time, and we go about occasionally. Definitely a successful friendship made possible via BF. B)

Though we both tried to find others of like interests, none presented themselves as being all that compatible. Thus far he's the only one I've found to be to my liking, though I'm always interested in meeting others. Of course, going out and revealing oneself to another can be hazardous, hence it takes some courage and motivation.

Never met anyone from the Board but would like to.
I've had a couple of ads in the personal section but not had any luck yet.
I think people in Uk are a bit too careful but I live in hopes.

Organisations like the RSPCA are rich, powerful and proactive here.

Update: so far i am up to 5 meets from this board all of whom are absolutley great people. one person i hang out with very often (2 - 3 times a week), and we try to have beer and pizza night every friday with another zoo buddy that we both have met .... its great to meet people who have similar interests, it really drives it home that you are not the only one out there that shares these feelings.

For me, it's the sense that I'm not hiding an important part of myself from the company I am in.

Often, I can't help thinking "If this person knew I'M Zoo...they'd probably call me a perv and run a mile".

It's sad. Kind of a "conditional friendship". :(
