You're right, its just too risky for dolphin zoos to talk about their privacy if they have a job and dont want to loose it.
And I think its very important that some zoos work with them at many places as I hope, cause they really love this kind of attention and need it even more in the limited environment of captivity. Its part of their happiness, they can get really depressed and suicidal if they are sexually frustrated, or get sick easier. Sex is healthy, as everyone knows (ok except some nasty diseases here and then, of course :P , but dolphins are completely free of those).
Hehe, did you ever notice that we joined on the same day here, just me one year later, Beavis? :thinking:

Anyway, if anyone here has a special question about dolphins, feel free to ask, and I see if I can answer it.

I have on question about your expirience, that how complicated games... language can they learn and use? Do they understand jokes? can they laugh? I'm interesing becose ewery each person says something else...
As I see you are perfectly clearing the myths :) (you have my 10 howewer I haven't enought posts.)

Dolphins can learn to understand hand signals but also regular human language. But not to such an extent that you could explain very detailed things to them. Think along the lines of "fetch ball and jump". And I'd like to think dolphins have a sense of humor, but since you can't really talk to them or read their mind, it's hard to say if they do, really.

Too bad I live hundreds of miles from any salt water. :(

yeah ive had my share of an experience . but it takes trust and time. its not for everyone.lol

I am not into Dolphins in a sexual way. Male K9s are my 'kink' :P

But ! I do think dolphins are wonderful amazing Beings. All i have ever seen on TV and such shows how intelligent they are. I have seen them and touched then at sea world type parks.

The most amazing thing was this march, I went sailing at Dana Point CA to Catalina Island. I saw hundreds and hundreds of dolphins. Pods and Pods of them. Wild Free Dolphins. it was a magical thing. I was memorized by them. Many many swim beside the boat and clearly did so to look me in the eyes. Checking us out "who and what are you" look. Some many just surfed our bow wake.

Wonderful Beings. I can see how some will be attracted to them "that way" :P

it was hard to take their picture, they are so fast.

may i share one or two with all you Dolphin Friends?

Definitely interesting. I'm more of a land mammal person myself, but I'd watch a guy have his way with a dolphin.

Careful with those males, though. Their cumshot can put a dent in your car. You don't want that to be your colon or back of your thoat.

a dolphins shot wont hurt you ive seen vids on this site even with women mating male dolphins and they came out unharmed after he nutted in them

I think with dolphins it is all about feeling, like with most animals if it comes to communication. But they definitely have a sense of humor, I was soaked too often by them and laughed at :P . They can learn quite complicated language in human experiments, and it is proven that they must have their own language which is capable of transmitting complex informations.

And thanks for the pic, yknot, I would like to see more of those wild dolphins :)
