I too found this guide to contain very useful notes as to the safety of both mare and man, and the proper care of the former. I will certainly have read and left this thread not only more conscious of the heights that can be reached, but the beauty thereof, in such a relationship. I look forward to the time that will be shared between myself and a mare of my own, knowing that I will be wiser for it and more appreciative of it.

I can only echo the sentiments previously expressed.

Being not much of a talker, I can only hope I will be able to maintain a lengthy conversation with my mare.

:lol: :wub: Thanks for aVERY wonderful training lesson for horses, somewhat the same for dogs, Just as you say you have to build on trust and love( and on time) but the rewards are???????????? And not necarily sex, just the bond of an animal that accepts you!!!!!! If you are a bachlor this type of bond can mean a lot. I hope thing are going good with this relationship and hope to hear more. Thanks agin. 10/10
