I think there could be problems if you do it twice a day, but outside of that, I doubt it. As much as it might be erotic though, I wouldnt hold any semen in my anus; or my vagina if I had one.
Microbiologically speaking best to keep things clean in warm moist areas.

As for semen in the anus in general, since homo(bi)sexuality is so pervasive in the mammal and bird world that it couldnt be particularly harmful. The lower colon is extremely good at one way filtering. Some crack-pot scientists conjectured that semen was causing a breakdown of the immune system because if its immunosupressive qualities that it uses to survive the woman's vaginal environment; whether vaginally or anally, this theory has been roundly dismissed as not viable.

Truth be told I know little to none about female canine sex. I had inferred the point about being in heat mattering from some other posts. I dont know about human semen in a female dog, but it seems that dog semen comes in much larger quantities and is more potent enzymatically and has stronger prostaglandins than human semen.

Sometimes coming a lot makes for numbness which can sometimes lead you into 'tail chasing'; trying harder and harder to get a full and satisfying orgasm. The very peak is dulled and so the 'break through' feeling doesnt happen. Feeling dissatisfied you try more and harder, which leaves you more and more numb. Anyway, we actually talk about sexual activities in and out of the work place like its day to day chat. Its nice to be able to talk so openly about sexual activities.
