I believe there used to be a few FAQs on this site, that gave some instructions. Plus, one other guy posted a helpful guide to anal stretching (coving both width and length), that is worth a reading. It's primarily the desire, matched with practice, toys that are easy, to use, in the beginning, working up to larger and larger-with a few stops, there in the real thing department [start with a mini, then a Shetland, then up to Welsh, etc..]. As you get comfortable with the increasing sizes, you can then give a full size stallion a try. I really do enjoy the immensity of their size.

And for the person who asked, I'm not a doctor, or anatomist, but biology was my best subject at school, and I nearly went on to do a degree in it. I've seen anatomists drawings if the inside of the human body though, and it's easy to see that the intestine bends quite sharply about 8 inches in.
