I was lucky in that my best girlfriend. Who was also bi, turned out to be very interested in k9. :rolleyes: My huband knew I was active with my Black lab, and didn't object too much. However once we decided on starting a family, he wanted me to stop. I took a chance and told my girlfriend about my activities. Thankfully she was very curious about it, and tried it for herself. She loved it, and agreed to take in my Lab. Now we both enjoy it together and I've since become active with her Dalmation. :rock: If she hadn't been into it, I most likely would've been forced to serious curtail or even stop my k9 activities. :dance:

I'd played with dogs for a while perhaps two years before I mentioned it to my wife. Prior to that I'd had the usual guilty fumblings with dogs and bitches as a kid and through my teen years.

Anyway we enjoy all manner of porno and one night, watching some dog sex with quite a lot of alcohol on board I said that I'd love to see that for real one day and she said seemed a shame to travel for it when we could have it here. My heart leapt and my blood flushed cold with excitement.

That noght we tried it and from time to time (not often - we play k9) but probably only 20 times in 5 years. She has to be in the mood and we have to have the peace and quiet and god knows how many other factors have to be right for it to be okay, but in concept I'm a winner and from time to time we play. That'll be a score for the plus then.

One considered it cheating and wanted me to stop.
One said "That is sick and I don't even want to know someone who might have fantasies like that."
One just said "Ick!" when reading Nancy Friday together and hit the animal sections.
One said "I'm not into it and don't get it, but it's okay if you don't tell me anything about it."
One said it was sick and wrong when introduced to the Nancy Friday book sections.

So of those with whom I even dared to bring up the subject - 3 very negative, 1 negative and one negative tolerance.

Fortunately all the human ladies who shared my life and bore our children were either into or interested before we met. The only real problem was tackling family members outside our little group.

The love of animals was present in all the ladies when we met and was usually enhanced by the presence of one or other of my Black Labradors. As I posted on another thread, the dog was very instrumental in introducing me to one of the ladies.

Those for whom it is something they have to do after a wedding or some way into a relationship, have my greatest sympathy, it is not something that I would wish to have to do!

Such is the misunderstanding of people in general, to admit openly takes great courage.

i dont think i would tell any one just yet about my attraction to male k9's, just incase they hate me for it or something

its just like coming out of the closet (something i havent done yet) but its hard and you have to make the right decission

I kept it a secret for a long time, before my wife caught me with our female dog. I was able to convince her that it was a one time thing, which it wasn't. I had been having sex with my pet dogs, starting as a young boy. I am now a widower, and still enjoying sex with female dogs. I do enjoy being with a woman, but nothing gives me the thrill like a female dog. :)
