I reside in the Uk and I want to order some dogsex films from animalsexshop.com but they are for some reason not available to buy.

Is the law really strict for it here?

Should I not order films to be sent here?

Should I not register with paysites?

well if you ordered them then they probably got nabbed in customs. The law WON'T chase you unless you wear a sign saying "I mate with animals" or do it in a public place where it'd hard not to arrest you.

I've got a little correction for that.
As of the sexual offences act 2003, sexual intercourse with an animal
(whether vaginal, anal or oral) is punishable with a maximum of 2 years inprisonment.
However, laws annouced earlier this year to combat violent porn also includes bestiality, so when this new law comes into force, the owning or downloading or digital pictures of bestiality will be illegal.

UK laws regarding pornographic videos/DVDs are a bit odd. Or they were. For instance it used to be LEGAL to buy from a distributer in the UK but ILLEGAL to buy from a fFOREIGN distributer.

The law regarding bestiality movies is much the same. If you consider ordering any I recommend that you check out the Shipping instructions. If they are shipped from WITHIN the UK you will probably have no trouble. However when they are shipped from abroad they pass through customs and if they get stopped you can be in trouble.

I have heard people say that they won't pursue you. They are wrong. I ordered a DVD from a reputable site before I became aware of the domestic/foreign shipping laes. Unfortunately it was intercepted by customs, and one day the local police and customs and excise turned up and searched the place I was living. They removed all videos, DVDs, blank CDs/DVDs, Floppy discs and my computer.

It took months of constantly phoning them and writing letters of complaint to the Chief Constable to get them moving. It seems that they equate bestiality movies as being as morally abhorrent as paediphillia and were try to find some tiny smidgen of information on my HDD so they could arrest me for child molesting. Needless to say they found nothing as there was nothing to be found! That didn't stop them from finding SOMETHING to justify the thousands of punds spent searching. So after reading my emails they found mention of me sending something through the post to an internet contact I had. I was told, off the record, that they had quoatas to meet so they had to find SOMETHING. In the end there was nothing they could really do but give me a warning to be more careful, but they promised that if I broke ANY law, no matter how minor, in the next 5 years I would be taken to court.

Forensically examining a computer takes minutes, yet they had my computer for 3 months before they bothered. It was a terrible time for me. The stress and worry they caused simply because they none of them could be bothered to take half an hour to search my computer and were busy playing the "Who is in charge?" game with each other was horrendous.

Learn by this. Do NOT order bestiality DVDs unless they are shipped from WITHIN the UK. After all, they may not charge you for possession of them, but they WON'T return them either!

Incidently the laws regarding search warrants, as I found out, are different in the UK. A search warrant can be issued to search your house, but if they track you down to someone elses house and manage to get inside (as they forced their way past my landlord ) they can search everything that belongs to THAT person to. It makes no difference. If you are on the premisses, the warrant covers them.

Well, enough of this. The whole episode destroyed my faith in the UK legal system and the police. The corruption I encountered despite my offense not even being worthy of a written caution was exteme.

So my advice is.:

I've never ordered any DVD's or purchased anything animal related from any website apart from this one, could I still be done? does anyone know the maximum sentance/term that can be given for downloading animal pics/vids and owning them but not distributing them?

does it make a difference if it's they are gotten from a communial website like this or a pay site?

lastly prolly a stupid question, but anyone know of any data erasers that could get rid of data that the law couldn't recovered? constant days of government level erasion?
