buy the dog directly from the breeder or out of the newspaper.... that is basically the only way... all shelters and rescue operation either already have the dog fixed... or have them fixed before they allow you to take them home...

   in the classifieds.. under pets.. they are usually alphabetical order
you can also try pet stores.. many will either carry breeds of dogs.. or maybe they can get you in touch with a certain breeder :) This post has been edited by wyldfyre67 on Nov 16 2005, 07:38 AM |

If you absolutely can't find a breeder that will let you keep him unneutered, you can adopt one from the pound, and a few weeks later go back and tell them that the dog either ran away or was stolen(most smaller, local shelters don't have the animal speutered before you take them home). You have to sign a release form, but that's it.(I know everyone at our local pound) They don't come to your house and check to make sure the dog is gone. Plus, I'd rather adopt than buy.

I posted a thread about this, but it was locked, and i wanted to ask one more question.
I was told to use vegitable oil as lube with dogs. I have no vegitable oil, but i do have canola oil, which is a type of vegitable oil. Is this ok to use with dogs? sry for incompetancy and spelling :P |

yes you can, but try putting a drop or two on her fur in a location that she can easily lick and see if she likes it and what her reaction is, Dont forget too much oil and your dog will have loose bowel movments so dont go over board feeding it to her :) |

I know it's hard to but usually if you buy one as a pup at a place like PetCo or something, you can find them unnuetered but the problem is, you have to wait till they get bigger. Or, tell them the reason you dont want it fixed is because you are looking for a dog breeding career and looking for a good usuable male for it.

hopefully your looking to have a dog as more then just a sex toy. dont forget vet bills that dogs require. a dog from a petstore is always of poor quality and i guarentee you, you will have vet bills stacked up high. do NOT buy from a petstore just because you want to get off or its cheaper. Go to a professional breeder where you can get a quality animal. its not 100% that the animal will respond to sex either, dont just assume if you make advances, the dog is going to enjoy it. get a dog for the companionship, thats what really counts. the physical pleasure, look to that as a possible added bonus.
