do you let the world know your zoo or not .i have three germanshepherd females i wair a ring on my ring finger and each one has a ring on there collar .that to me is a symble of are love ,no one has ever ask about it .but many have seen it .i was just wondering if you show it or not

no way my buddy flipped at the idea of people loving

Only people I have met here on BF. But of those I have only met a few in person. It's a shame really, I love my dogs as much (and in some cases more) than any human I have been with. It would be nice to be able to share with some of my other friends. C'est la Vie, such is the life of a Zoo.

Not since I shared with other male freinds when I was younger. I have told no one since then. I would love to find someone to share my love of female k9s, but im afraid that sharing could get me in trouble with the law.

Actually no, and I don't intend to show it in near future, but it doesn't mean that It wont happen :).

I think some people have some ideas but no I have not told anyone. I adopted the don't ask don't tell moto.

In all these years I've never told anyone. And until I found this forum, did not know of anyone else who is a zoo-person.

For me, finding the Beast Forum showed me that I was not the only one who has such a special relationship with their best friend, like I do with my Muffin.

I have posted things on here that just a short time ago, thought would never have shown anyone...ever.

I agree with hambletonian. Until I discovered the forum I didnt even know there
was a population of people who felt the same way I did.
I joke about it all the time, but Ive never seriously told anyone in person about
my feelings. Only here in the forum. That is what I love about this place so much,
is that I can finally express my zoo fellings here and also find alot of answers to
questions you can never ask a veternarian. Also its nice to try to help others with
things I have experienced.

As far as letting anyone in person know, I havent built up the courage to do so.
I plan on it someday, but Ill wait until the right person comes along that I can
share this with. Until then I will always have you people here in the forum
to share with and that is very special to me by itself.

I get the feeling that people in town suspect my relations with my 2 dogs
but no one has come up to me and said anything yet.

They sometimes comment about the fact that I live back in the woods with 2
female k-9's and havent had a girlfriend in over 8 years. The nearest town is very small so these kind of rumors are to be expected I would have to assume.

Some day Ill tell.

I definately think you have to be very sure what someone's reaction will be before you tell them. I don't think there is anyone I could tell, I'm not one for volunteering such information anyway.

I really do not have the desire. I chat with people on the site and thats good enough for me.

I have told many people,including family.And make joking comments all the time with everyone else,all they have to do is ask and I will be glad to tell them,for I have nothing to lose but them,and if they don't like me afterward then I don't need them.Everyone who meets me knows how much effort I put into taking care of animals,some think I care too much,and many people suspect it cause I show no interest in humans at all but have never actually said anything more than a few jokes.
"jezzabelle" I love your idea,I may copy that one for myself as well.If you don't mind.

What idea rottluver??? And whatever it is, I certainly dont mind. Ill share anything
with the exception of my k-9's. :)
