I have a own little house in a little german town ... if i was a horse or dog zoo i COULD live here with these animals but i am not such a "normal" zoo .... and the people around wouldent understand when i make a reptile, waren, alligator, snake farm out of my house .. ;) (little minded germen neighbourhood someone called the police when he saw a tiny little baby python ...)

(but i am working on a iguana room in the house... iguanas are ok but i love bigger reptiles  and dont want to have sex with them but i love touching them having them around me they are erotic for me but sex with an alligator ... hmmm dont know .. )

I live at my parents home, quite usual arround here in mexico, the house is big, and I can live with my 2 K9 boys, the other option in mexico city would be an apartment, where you can't have an animal by law, unless you are blind... :cool2:

anyway, I have been an urbanite for 29 years now, so living outside the smog cloud might be dangerous to me :P and Mexico city is the only place in Mexico where you can get the stuff I need for my hobbies on the cheap.

currently i either live with my parents, on campus, or at work lol
most of the time these days is spent in my dorm ..... self explanitory.
my parents have 15 acres with a rather large home and a 6 stall barn . (actually the barn is mine i bought it from my parents when they said they were going to demolish it) at my parents i have my 2 horses Cai (AQHA mare) and Ziggy (AQHA gelding). i get free board at work so when breeding season comes around and i am working they are with me there, and we go riding every afternoon. so i guess my living conditions are pretty laid back lol

My living conditions? Well, I currently live in housing provided by the riding club where I work. It is located in the Southwest region of Connecticut (usa) and it has been my "home" for about two years that I've worked there. They gave me a room on the second floor in the stable, so it's only a short walk downstairs to my aisle where the horses I take care of are boarded.

The pay is good (when I include the "free" room) and it is a nice place to work, but since the club charges members over $2000.00 per month (US) to board a horse there (yea, you read it right :o two thousand dollars per month!), there is no way I'll be able to talk them into getting a stall for my Muffin mare when they can get that much for a paying customer. So I currently keep Muffin at a boarding stable north of the club which cost me $400.00 per month, full board. But that stable is 51 miles away from where I now live and work! :(

That part has been hard to deal with at times and I really do miss taking care of my own mare every day like I have done the first 15 years we have been together. I do get two days off each week which I use to spend some "quality" time with her. But to tell you the truth, it has been VERY HARD on me the last two months because, well, since I found the BF here. Why? When I found this place and started reading the posts, it gave me a good :pinch: in the ass to really think about how much Muffin has been a very big part of my life and how much I truly miss her! So I am now looking for a new job where I can have Muffin with me again....I should have done this a long time ago and in a way should also thank everyone here in getting me motivated in doing this.

I also know Muffin is very happy and well cared for where she lives right now, with acres of turnouts and many horsie friends to be with. So if I do find another job, it will have to be something that would give my mare a nice place to live in as well. Right now I have a job and place to live and Muffin has a nice place as well, so if this does happen, it will have to be something really "special" where I know that both of us will be happy living in, not just for me.

Anyway, thought I also show you my living conditions with some photos, so....

...and this is the turnout field where my Muffin mare lives....she also has a stall to go in at night. In this photo, I tried to take a picture of Muffin standing in front of me with the other horses in the turnout in the background. But the moment I let her go and picked up the camera, Muffin just took off to join the others....that is her in the middle running away to join her herd. ^_^

I  my Muffin!

Have house and 10 acres in US. When we (wife and I), first moved here, there were no neighbors anywhere close. Now it is homes almost side by side. Still have a little privacy, but would love to have a couple of hundred acres with home right in the middle. The further from neighbors, the better. TJ

Well, i live in medium-sized city. i'm a horse lover so lifestyle is quite hard :)
fortunatelly there is a stable at the end of city, one hour way. the other worse thing it's quite expensive to hold on, and at the stables are lot of people wisiting, walking etc. :( well, you don't risk, you don't live....
But we are moving to a farm so it will be a heaven of the earth :P cant wait for it :)

I live in alittle apartment in the city where I am bored out of my mind when I am off work. They don't allow pets or even smoking, I have to walk off the property to have one. I plan on moving in about two years into a small house once I got enough to actually buy the place but I may end up moving into another better apartment as the work is currently good where I live as the city expands
