my girl hit two years old i got her hips certified and a few other tests done that a beeder wanted done ,the day came and it was a disaster she is a big femal germanshepherd .now she is a very sweet dog to every one and other dogs but moment the stud dog tried to mount her she went nuts she showed her teeth and growled and this was not a play thing it was a ,ill rip your throat out if ya try that again her hair stood up we tried for two days to get her to mate but it was no use she will lovingly give it up to me but i cant get her pregnet any ideas on how i could do this can a vet do any thing like milk him and put it in her ,she is a wonderful dog i think she would make a wonderful mom but i think she is devoted to me any ideas i dont want her or the stud dog hurt we tried muzzels but she just gos nuts she is in heat you would think she would want it am i wrong she backs up to me with her tail up .thanks in advance for any help you can give

Hey, MoparMindy,Jezz here. I know exactly what your talking about.If my assumptions are correct then Im assuming that you are active with this dog on
regular basis. If this is correct then it means that she has dedicated her sexual
feelings exclusively to you.My jezzabelle is the exact same way.She is the avatar
to your left and I believe we have talked about her before. She will not let a male
even close to her treasure although she can be in the prime of her heat.Im not sure how normal this is but its obvios that you show her enough love and devotion that she doesnt want anything to do with anybody in a sexual situation unless it involves yourself. This is a good thing as far as im conserned because it means she has devoted her personel feelings to you only.This compares to the female wolf who dedicates herself for life exclusively to one sex partner for life and if
loses him will not mate anymore. This is not a problem however because there is
a method of breeding that involves her and the male, and it doesnt involve intercourse. Basicly she has to be at the vet ,or breeder establishment, while
she is in heat.The male has to be there also.The reason she needs to be there is so the male can smell her and get in the mood.From that point an artificial vagina
is introduced and is placed on the male as if it was the real thing.This device is designed to turn the male on (basicly you jack him off with it) and collect his semen. The semen is imidiatly stored at that point.(kept fresh) then it is transfered into a devise that is used to inject it into the female. It is as simple as that. Any serious breeder should know of this method along with any vet.
And hey, dont feel bad. Her denying of access to this male only means that she is
absolutly dedicated to you. Nothing wrong with that. Getting her pregnant will
not be a problem if the artificial vagina method is used. I hope this helps you

I agree with Jezz, by the sounds of it your girl loves you so much she is exclusivly yours now. I have seen that with many of my girls over the years. The more love and the more you love her, and show it to her, the more she will be attracted to you and the stronger the bond will be, and the stronger her bond with you the less she will accept anyone else but you. This is a great thing, one thing it shows is your undevided love and devotion towards her. The method explained by Jezz will work to inpregnate her, and even can be tested first before the sperm is injectied into her to test for any defects.

I Agree with Jezzable it was the same thing with my old friends female doberman. I've kinda found the boundry and stayed their with my dogs. My two Siberian Husky's Toke and Haze do some thing with each other I don't do with haze when were alone and she wants to be intimate with me :twisted: and I wouldn't change the relationship we have for any thing. Sorry to ramble on.

Well thank you It's nice to know that I'm not the only one who likes Towlie. So you think haze is cute to I know a few people who say thay've seen better looking dogs but I wouldn't trade her for any thing she just to sweet.
