Two songs I really like are from the band Alabama.

"Feels So Right"

Whisper to me softly three words upon my skin.
No one's near and listenin', so please don't say goodbye.
Just hold me close and love me.
Press your lips to mine.
Mm, feels so right, feels so right.

Lying here beside you, I hear the echoes of your sighs.
Promise me you'll stay with me and keep warm tonight.
So hold me close and love me.
Give my heart a smile.
Mm, feels so right, feels so right.

Your body feels so gentle and my passion rises high.
You're lovin me so easy.
Your wish is my command.
Just hold me close and love me.
Tell me it won't end.
Mm, feels so right, feels so right, feels so right.

Aw, you feel so right baby

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

"She And I"

She and I live in our own little world
don't worry about the world outside
She and I agree
She and I lead a perfectly normal life
Ah but just because we aren't often seen socially
people think we've got something to hide.
But all our friends know we're just a little old fashioned
She and I

Oh ain't it great
aint it fine
to have a love for someone that others can't find
Aint it wonderful to know all we ever need is just the two of us
She and I
so wonderful
She and I

She and I share with every body else
the same wants, needs and desires
She and I save
She and I pay on everything we acquire

Ah but just because we aren't often seen separately
people think we live one life.

Its hard for them to see how anyone could be as close as
She and I

Well Hi =)

Ever heard the Text of Moonspell - Wolfshade ?

She brought the Night hidden in her sad Wolf eyes
The perfume of a twilight, her strongest scent
Half Wolf, Half female - what a strange wedding
Mother Nature has offered us to see...

Her mask lays lost in a fatal dawn
Closed were the eyes of the Sun. He sleeps.
And in the name of Her Father.
She will kill. My child kills.

You nightly birth. A requiem God can't forget.
For your life is just a celebration of his death
Without his thorns in her heart. She wears a shadow as face.
A werewolf masquerade. In her eyes the wolfshade.

She brought the Night and by the night was brought
We are but children of the powers she had set free
Strange are the ways of the wolfhearted...

I need to add "Unwell" and "Disease" from Matchbox 20. Also Christina Aguilera sums it up pretty good in "Reflection".

CHRISTINA AGUILERA - REFLECTION

Look at me
You may think you see
Who I really am
But you'll never know me
Every day
It's as if I play a part
Now I see
If I wear a mask
I can fool the world
But I cannot fool my heart

Who is that girl I see
Staring straight back at me
When will my reflection show
Who I am inside

I am now
In a world where I
Have to hide my heart
And what I believe in
But somehow
I will show the world
What's inside my heart
And be loved for who I am

Who is that girl I see
Staring straight back at me
Why is my reflection
Someone I don't know
Must I pretend that I'm
Someone else
For all time
When will my reflection show
Who I am inside

There's a heart that must be free to fly
That burns with a need to know the reason why

Why must we all conceal
What we think
How we feel
Must there be a secret me
I'm forced to hide
I won't pretend that I'm
Someone else
For all time
When will my reflection show
Who I am inside
When will my reflection show
Who I am inside

How is The streets - Dry your eyes related to zoophilia? And Muse - Sing for Absolution too?

QUOTE (Psychomek @ Dec 2 2004, 07:36 AM)
What about that song has the lyrics "you and me are nothing but mammals so let's do it like they do on the Discovery Channel"? can't remember who it's by or the song tital though..

This song is by The Bloodhound Gang: The Bad Touch.

I also thought about, posting this song, but I think it has more to do with human sex, instead of animal.

Thanks for the title couldn't remember it for the life of me. I felt that it fit... But another song would be "WildFyre" it maybe a more plutonic(sp?)kind of love than sexual but it fits imho.

Great post. Everyone Likes music.

Any Richard Marx fans here?

I know people in the recording industry who are close to him and apparently it is rumored that he is a zoophile. I am not sure how much truth there is to that though. Has anyone else ever heard tell of this?

As for Songs all a lot of the ones that come to mind have already been mentioned. I find myself listening to lyrics in "regular" songs and relating them to zooishness.

Here are a few songs that I like to think are related to Z.
Harry Nilsson - The Puppy Song
Harry Nilsson - Me and my Aarow
Harry Nilsson - Without you
(as well as previously mentioned ones)

A have a zoo friend by the name of "wolf". I know its a non descript nick and there ate 10000 "wolf"s out there but he is an artist who writes songs and plays something like 30 different musical instruments. He is a very talented man who writes zooish type music. Rock/Folk Is the genre and they are great songs. He actually plays these songs at local pubs and at other gigs. I don't think people realize what they are about or they don't really listen to the words. He is a very talented man who loves a wonderful GSD.

Tears for Fears "Walking the dog" has some very suggestive lyrics suggesting it refers to a zoo.

After reading this post yesterday I heard the song Karn Evil #9 by Emerson Lake & Palmer on the radio. Went looking for my CD to make sure I got the lyrics right, but turns out I only have it on vinyl. It's something like this:

Welome back my friends to the show that never ends,
we're so glad you could attend come inside come inside.
...
Next up on the show, is a thing to make you grow
7 virgins and a mule, keep it cool keep it cool

Now i've got to go find that record player - haven't seen it in years.

Correction to my last song suggestion: the song is
Dog's a Best Friend's Dog Tears for Fears Album:Elemental

So many songs are about the masks we wear and faces we show the world, the hidden things inside. To really be Zooish to me, I have to hear something more specificly about that animal aspect.

There is a very sweet song on the Furry Fantasies II CD by Shir Khan called "To Someone Special". I get the feeling that it's about him being intimate with a tigress. The chorus goes:

Because when she's rubbing on me,
Chuffling at me and moaning at me,
I just enjoy that feeling
And know that there is still more between us.

Because when she's rubbing on me,
Chuffling at me and moaning at me,
She'll be ready for me.

If I'm not mistaken, "chuffling" is something tigers do. He mentions "standing together" at one point which may imply that she's anthro, but many animals are also capable of standing for short periods.

Furry Fantasies II is available at furrymusic.com and is an excellent soundtrack for the inner animal.
