Most of the RPs are open to join, all you have to do is to create your own character, give it a goodlooking story, and join. If you are unsure about if an RP is open, PM the owner of it. (Check the first post).

This is not a question, but more of a request.

I think that all of us should stop godmodding.

For those of you that dont know what it is I shall demonstrate.

Godmodding : "I sneak behind him from within the shadows, holding my blade in my hand. I spring forward and slice threw his thraot with ease, killing him almost instantly".

Now, you dont realy give the guy that you killed much of a choice. And as far as I know, people dont like to be killed, its quite bad for your health.

How it should be: "I sneak behind him from within the shadows, holding my blade in my hand. I spring forward and aim for his thraot, wanting to slice threw it and posibaly kill him almost instantly"

Now you see, you give the poor guy a chance. He can either hear your movement and dodge, he can turn around and retaliate or he can choose to die. If he chooses to die he would say something like this...

"As I walk threw the streets I hear something behind me, but not fast enough. I try and retaliate, but it is no use, the edge of the assasin's blade is already at my neck and starting to cut threw"

So there, now you people that dont know, know. And I put this out as a request to all the people that RP, including myself

I havent godmodded to kill anybody, and my character has been enar death plenty of times, its just that Kar always finds a way to save him ^_^

Hey I'm new to rp and ive noticed a "snowman" being mentioned, could you explain what it is thanks?

The snowman you have heard of proably is one of Aiden's magically animated snowmen. You know, you roll up three big snowballs, in different sizes and place them biggest at the bottom, smallest at the top? Add a couple of stones and a carrot, a scarf and a hat, and voila. Those kind of snowmen.

The snowmen were indeed created by Aiden, happened during one of the many snowball fights at the Inn. Created for comic effect, originally as a once off. However I kinda liked the little fellows and they continue to roam around the threads. They are wise curios little fellows, skilled in battle, and Intensly loyal to Aiden and his mate Trys.

As far as being like traditional snowmen, I prefer to think of then as having a human form.

A snowman would be say 16" high

You may also run accross Yellow snowmen

I created these when solor peed in the magic snow in the Inn, just incase your wondering should you run accross one. They are mentally unstable, and are feared by the regular snowmen.

I was reading and saw the question about the snowmen, and I thought I would take the time to scroll back and find the exact post where Aiden made the first of his snowmen come to life....it truly was hilarious and we've had so much fun with it in the Inn that it carried over into some of the other threads.....I think I speak for both of us, when I say feel free to have them finding their way to your own threads...but beware.....if they should be melted or someone attempt to kill them with fire, they multiply.....remember Gremlins? The three rules 1) no bright light 2) do not feed them after midnight and 3) absolutely NO WATER welllllll the snowmen work in reverse kinna....feed them all you want, water them, freeze them BUT DO NOT heat them or thaw them in any way, or you will invoke their ire.....roflmao and it truly is comical :w00t:
