Good, that's what I'm here for. You realize that he has just discovered Dog Heaven. He has a mate who is in permanent heat. You need to establish a routine so he will know that sex is ok now and not at any other time. A certain place, command, or action that tells him it is all right to mount and not just any time or place.
I used to have a Chow whose signal that sex was ok was when I grabbed his sheath. I learned to undress and get ready before I touched him or he would literally tear my clothes off.

Exercise and strengthen your muscles. The more you squeeze him the better he likes it. He will also like a certain amount of noise and pulling. Some dogs even like being on the bottom.
