I think this really depends on the kind of relationship you've got going on and what you value in it. What would decide it for me is mostly how attached my animal is to me.

Some people are in it for sex first. They don't care as much if the animal is attracted to them or not, as long as it is responding to them sexually. It's not a bad thing at all. They are still a zoo and they still care for the animals but attachment isnt as important. This is me.

Some people are in it for the love, and the sex is purely an expression of that love. I would like to be in a relationship like this. Human or animal, this is a beautiful thing to achieve. All of you who have something like this should be extremely proud and grateful.

So would I share? Maybe. I'd have to feel very comfortable with that person and know that they not only respected my partner but respected me as well. But I wouldn't mind somebody who I knew going out and rubbing a few horse bellies in the pasture, just stay away from the red mare... She's a little "hot blooded"... ^_^

my boy is one of ths most precious things in my life and only people who I realy love and trust may have sex with him if he wants to. I trust them with my life so I can trust them with my mates. Even then he would have to take the initiative and I would be near to see that nothing bad would happen to both of them.
Right now there's one person with who I would realy realy love to share my boy with but he's a real romantic so :whistling: :wub:

I'm glad to see this post since I was just wondering about this. Almost all of the posts on this topic are reasuring to me as to the quality of people on this forum. It's good to know so many of you value the relationships your have with your animals, the trust they place in you, and the resposiblities that entails.
I understand that alot of people online are looking for there first expiriance, and some arn't in a circumstance to be able to keep animals of there own; so I suppose it's good their are people out there willing to help, but.... In the personals section it seams like 98% of the posts say "come screw my animal" or "I want to screw your animal" - Ok, that's not really what they say but you get my point right? the posts are blunt/short, without context. It just rubs me the wrong way, cause its too easy to emagine the animal being used like an object, even if thats not what happening in most cases- and I hope it's not. It's wrong to do this to an animal... I mean, sure you can argue, he'll screw anyone or she loves to fuck, so as long as they enjoy its ok- I'm not compleatly oposed to this arugument; but just cause my dog wants to play in the street, dosn't mean I'm going to let her... Zoo or not, when you own an animal you're responsible for their wellbeing. What lion and hairbear said is crucial, Even if your a free spirited swinger who's mainly in it for lustful sex, Diesese is a risk that shouldn't be taken lightly. When breeding for pups or foals any responsible owner wants a health exam for the stud or dam/bitch, yet I rather doubt if many of the people offering up there animals or accecpting others is showing up with papers from an std cheak. And when I think about the real nutz out there, the peta stalkers, the religious freaks, serial killers... How can a zoo justify exposing themself and their animal to this, even if it is unprobable? Why can't people intrested in sharing just post 'hey I'm a active/seeking polygamous zoo, would love to get to know you' and take it from there with causion- would make us look alot better IMHO.

soo anyway; sorry for ranting a bit.
I wouldn't allow my animals to be with anyone unless it was with someone I really loved/trusted and knew was clean; and then only on the animals consent and initiative.

Thanks to a friendly neighbor he shared his mare and I was hooked as she was my first time...
I also shared a couple times later on.. ck9 [m]

Well said, Troubadour. This kind of falls in where I see things. Is it immoral or degrading to have sex with a person if you don't love them with all your heart? It may be less fulfilling than having your true love, but what if there is no such perfect man/woman/critter in your life yet?

That fits with what I see from the posters who say they'd never even consider sharing too. They've already found that deep intimacy, and they don't want anyone else messing with that because they've already reached a point where their lovers share that perfect bond with them.

So maybe the analogy to sharing human lovers with others isn't entirely accurate. It depends on how close the two of you are. Maybe you wouldn't share your wife (or whatever), but you'd be more tolerant of with swinging with your screwing-but-not-commited-friend.

But that's starting to add more variables so it's kinda leading outside of this poll. :wacko:

I am an "allround" animal-lover from holland and i wish i could have made a movie of all the animals i met ( horses, ponys, cows, bulls dogs and pigs) but because i have no animal for myself i have to improvice all the time i have some movieshots of me and a ponymare and a cow with a banana eating out of their heavenly vagina's.
If it's my choice I love livin on a farm in denmark with all kind of animals aroud me
and loving them all day long :heart: :clover: :wub:

I would've shared my Bull Mastiff with another woman, if she wanted to have sex with him. Unfortunately the situation never presented itself. My initial experience was with a black Lab owned by my best girlfriend's roommate. They were both active with him, and they let me have aceess to him as well.

man, I'm of a few minds on this one..

first off, I run into FAR too many people who seem to think my animals are communal fork toys.. way uncool of 'em, and not the kind of person I'd share with.

On the other hand, having draft stallions that like to play, I know what a rare commodity that is and in a way I feel a need to share them, so that others can enjoy the experience that such a creature can provide them. However, having had animals mistreated by folks in the past, and my so called partner having murdered my lover, it makes me very very wary. Not because of any moral issues, but because of the safety and well being of my animals.

So yeah, I will still share, but only with people that I know very well and have known for at least several years. People who are allways stable, ie.. allways the same when I talk with them. Not whining or cajoling or trying to guilt me or any of that odd stuff, but folks who are even keeled and simply interested in not only my animals, but me as a person and willing to share with me things about them.

It's pretty easy anymore to see who's a user and abuser and who's a real person who istn' trying to "be what they think I want them to be to get an invite".

Anyways, yeah, I'd share, but only with someone I considered cool and that I trusted. And of course, I *WOULD* supervise. The list of folkjs I'll just turn loose with a critter I can count on two fingers.

I couldnt share my 2 female dogs with anyone. I am in a very loving, caring
relationship with them and spend all my waking and sleeping hours with them.
In my opinion sharing them would be no different then someone sharing their
girlfriend or wife with someone. I have nothing against people who would do
these things, I just would never do it myself.
I also am only active with my own dogs and wouldnt want anybody elses either.
To me this would be like cheating on them.
Same goes with a human relationship, Im not interested in that either.
My lovelife is devoted to my k-9's only and me sharing them or me loving
someone or something else is out of the question.

Would I share? Nope. Why not? Why should I? Get yer own animal/s.

No way could i ever share my lover, I am very exclusive female k9. i have a very deep very intimate relationship with my lover, as well as she with me. I know also she feels the same for me as i do for her, i'm the only one she'll be with, I will always regret this but i did offer to share one of my girls with a very close friend, and she plainly said no, not with anyone else but me, she plainly tells anyone that gets to "close" to her no, but she loves me. That is my lab girl. I am starting to see the same in my shepard girl now to. My shepard girl is my main lover, but i love all my girls so much. To share them would not be for me. That is just my opinion, one i happen to feel strongly towards, but also i respect other people's opinions, so i never force it upon others. I also wold not be with domeone else's lover/girl.
