I have a very strong bondage fettish/need, and I have read a few stories about "breeding racks", especially made to restrain a sbumissive for a dog's use.

Do they exist? Has anyone ever built one? One of my former Dom's had a spanking bench that looked like it may work, but we never tried it out for anything other than spanking (If he had only just TAKEN me when I was tied to it...oh well).

I don't know anything about carpentry or that sort of stuff, but does anyone make them? Are there plans I could give to a potential Master as a gift, and maybe a quiet way of telling him what I really need?

I have a very close friend who is not only VERY steeped in BDSM but is a carpenter as well. I'll ask him about it and even if they dont exist, I know hes talented enough to make anything. Doesn't sound too hard of a chore for him.

yes a breeding bench isfairly easy to make ...suggest a board or plywood just slightly wider than ur body when laying on it ...pad n cover with a fairly chep vinal or leatherett material ...place a wide T bar with holes drilled into it and make sure u have a pipe or other metal rod that will fit into in to it drill holes through this inner bar so u can adjust height up in down holding pieces in place via a large nail or bar just slightly smaller than the holes u have drilled with a T bar at front and back andthe T sitting on the floor your bench is ready to be used .....suggestion a threaed piece of pipe and a stantion screw base attached to the board or padded area from underneath makes a great inner rod to connect to your T bar base....

Another good option is an old weight bench, adjustable height, padded.

Well, just use your imagination of a bench, comfortable to rest on, correct height and position for your lover, and voila, here is your "breeding rack". Additional features may be ropes and such things.

If you know a carpenter you can ask for that kind of things, go for it.

Here's something like the idea (see how her wrists are secured, her knees too even if you can't see it in this picture), but not with dogs.

There are actual ones made for female dogs, they are called "bitch hitches," or "rape stands."

As far as for breeding dogs (and I AM a breeder) I find them disgusting, however maybe someone in your situation would enjoy them :D
