As someone who lived (and still does) in a religious Christian family, I battle with this everyday. It's tough really to have another faith other than Christianity, because it's the only one I've been exposed to as a kid, and the only one I can really feel comfortable in, and yet... I'm torn by this part of me that sees our animal companions as more than just mere companions, they are our friends, our confidants, our lovers.

Suffice it to say it's a struggle that I battle with even to this day.

NEVER.

Since I can remember I knew I was only for Horses (Equins), then like wuppy it was only more re-enforced when I had my first encounter and even more as I found others,

I Look in the mirror and see my true self and not a mentaly created image.

as one had said in the past, " Zoo By Nature, Proud By Choice " :D

You can thank Big Al for that quote...where-ever he is today. Used to be his Sig on the old Bianca forums.

Hello. My struggle with religion was what held me back. I was raised to believe in christian beliefs. Those beliefs were what kept me blind to what was right in front of me for so long. So many nights I spent awale contemplating what happens to one who loves animals. Deciding not to go anyfurther as it was so "wrong". It was not until one night when the goodness of humanity was lost to me, that I realized the mistakes that I had made. In one night I lost everything, and gained more then what I had in the beginning. Love is what set me free. Love allowed me to see the errors of the thoughts that had hindered my happiness for so long. Love truly saved me and set me free. I gave up on christianity after I found love. I follow my own beliefs, most I have learned on the path. Hold true to your heart. For it knows best.

I used to doubt and question myself for the actions I took. Thats the way we are raised. That its wrong or imoral. After finding this site I no longer feel that way.

Well first time I felt bad was when I had my first orgasm with my dog <_< It was sooo strange it felt like heaven but I felt like such a complete freak. Felt the same for a couple of months.
I never realy felt like I did anything wrong at all, I just love my dog to pieces and we have a great relationship so why should I feel bad!
Now I got clean with my emotions and don't feel bad anymore at all! Beastforum helped me a lot, although I already was over the worst part of accepting it when I came here. Thank a lot BF :D

Only thing that can make me kinda sad sometimes is when I see my friends having fun with their girlfriends and stuff. Probably not becuz I want a girlfriend but just to be "normal", can't help it how ridiculous it sounds ;) you know with parents and friends. Only happens once in a while cuz when I take a closer look I realy don't see anything to be jealous about. For me I'm better off with my dog ;) and I'm like 99.9% sure I'm doing great now :D

I played around a little as a young girl. But I never really thought about it as an adult. I can remember looking at a male dog and thinking, hmmmmm, but never let it go more than a second or two before I was thinking about something else. It started as a joke between Mistie's Mister and I and then it led to actually DOING it. I guess I'm lucky to have a man in my life who shares the same interest. We do plan to get another pet or two. We're already looking for another male dog for me and talking seriouly about a cow or horse for him. We love animals so they would become part of our family. Well loved and cared for. Oh yeah, and the good part, we would share it all with all of you with videos. :D

I guess ive been a zoo since i was 13 and i always thought why do i like animals like this. I tried to foget about it, to bury it, to never think about zoophilia or animal sex again. But it failed, infact i thought about more and more. Its true, you are born a zoo.

I've been a zoo since I was about 14 and I don't believe I've ever felt bad about it. I had my first sexual experience with a dog and it was wonderful. I was a loner and still am to some extent. I didn't have a close family and my dog was my family and friend. It seemed natural to have sex with him and it still does.

I guess I'm different in that I don't feel that I'm unique just because I'm human. I'm just another animal and I share the earth with all species. I like everything including bugs and feel that I'm a part of the miracle that is life. Since I'm not separate or different from my dog, I don't feel that sex with him is beneath me. We are two passengers on space ship earth if we give each other pleasure what is the harm in that?

I feel that if there is a judgemental God up there He or She will judge me more on who I have harmed or helped, not what willing partner I chose to have sex with. Hopefully a God has much bigger fish to fry (so to speak) than my sex life.

:)

Hmm, no ^.^

I'm happy with and believe in who I am and what I do :)

I can be uncomfortable with how so much of the world looks upon it, but I'll never change my beliefs :)

And I should add I couldn't be whole without this way of thought anymore either, this is who I am :)
