Perhaps I should clarify also. I knew that I liked dogs more than a lot of the people I knew before I knew what sex was. When I found sex it was natural that I would experiment with those that I trusted most. It was thirty years later that I discovered a word for the idea I had practiced all my life. After years of knowing that there were others but not knowing how to find them, a stroke of luck led me to this and similar sites. So I voted before because the idea and practice were there even though I didn't know the word.

I realised it before, at that time I didn't know the word "zoophile", but I knew that I had stronger feelings for animals than the common non-zoo animal lover. I was around 12 years old when I knew it.

I was (underage not allowed) the first time, wondered what it would be like. Was better than most women I had or have been with. I was hooked after the first time. B)

i grew up around lots of animals and my family worked on ranches all my life. i saw *esp in K9's* a pattern of behavior that i wanted to be a part of. i cant really explain it other than part of me wanted to BE a dog myself. they seemed so genuine and care free and i responded to that. so, i spent a lot of time with them. saw how they interacted and one day i was at a friends house and i jacked off a poodle. it was mostly an accident. then soon after, i found myself alone with our male shepard mix. i was petting him and cooing to him. his cock started to poke out of its sheath and he started to make whimpering noises and started to lick it. i wanted to help him so, i jerked him off a bit and eventually had oral sex with him. this was WAY before i knew Zoo or that it existed.

I had "relations" with a stuffed bunny when I was 5 or 6. Was had by my father's bird dog when I was 11, did not know the word, term Zoo till I was well into my 20's. So really not sure how to answer.

Before.......its clear to me without knowing what zoophilia or beastiality was at a young age i desplayed a strong conection with animals.I remember being told what was appropriate behavior.I remember being aware that i cared for animals much more then other people.
The internet was the first time i became aware of the term...zoophile....i was relieved to learn i was not the only one with these feelings and that i was not a mental case.

i personally have allways found animals very attractive. dont know why though. guess its cause of the fact thay are pure of hate, and they all have there own personalities, and they like a person that loves you will never try to hurt you. (that is unless you thry to hurt them)

I would have to say after. When I hit puberty, virtually evrything in the world was sexual to me. Experience with the Lab's licking abilities....not sure how it started, do not remember. I had started when I was realy yooung and did not know the work sex but mate with I did know. The first time I heard zoophilia would have been on the net around 6 years ago now. Before that I had heard about beastiality in the bible. But did not understand what that was until much later.

How I discovered I was a zoo was just plain curiosity. I had heard the phrase "bestiality" somewhere, so I looked it up in the dictionary. Seemed kind of interesting, so I went online and searched around for some "photographic examples" of it. *BAM!* Instant boner.
