As DB said - dang hard as there are so many but I would probably go with what Lassie was SUPPOSED to be - a bitch collie of course. (for those that don't know Lassie was always played by a male with the longest run by a dog named Pal) - The Picardi Shepherds in Winn Dixi are cute but as foe general k-9 sex appeal "Lady" from Lady and the tramp is hard to beat!

Renamon is tops on my list. Oh the things she could do to me (this applies to her champion form, Kyuubimon, as well). Flo from ADGTH (the collie girl in charge of the orphan puppies). Maid Marion in disney's robin hood. Blue from Wolf's Rain (sexy black wolf dog girl with gorgeous blue eyes). Many of the canine pokemon. And of course, Jenna and Aleu from the Balto series of movies

I am surprised that Crystal from starfox hasnt been mentioned yet!
A female night elf druid from WoW would also be fun.
