Copyright prevents something being reproduced without the makers consent. Posting a movie here would be an infringement of copyright because you are reproducing the movie in a different place.

If you can get a movie free from this website why would you pay a website that makes the material to view it? The answer is clearly you wouldn't hence you put them out of buisness. Same for every supplier of subscriptionable goods. Copyright protects original production.

In the eyes of the law ignorance is not a defence, you cannot claim you didn't know if it goes to court.

I think in my opinion the idea of this site is to post your own work..
You will probably avoid the whole copy write problem if you just simply don't post what is already posted..
Or just don't post other peoples work..
make something yourself that is all new..
Anyway isn't that better to do??

Also for me I am always weary of external site porn clips in general because a lot of them is exactly that..

The people that makes those movies get paid to do it and there is usually no love involved..
Sex is bad if there is no love involved..
I really don't want to see that..
When someone like you or I post a clip that we made ourselves it is usually clips of love making..
we love our lovers..
Not just for some paper in our pockets..
We have sex and make love to them because we are sharing our bodies our heart and our soul with our partner and more important they do the same in return..
And to me this makes any vid uploaded by people who filmed themselves and shared or allowed us to experience and get a small glimpse at their joy.. This makes it more meaningful..
I am not sure besides the obvious legal reasons if this is the same motivation the mods have and is why they don't want copy writed stuff posted (or external porn site stuff posted..) But if it is I feel the same way and I would agree.. and do agree..

Don't know if you noticed or not but the last time this thread was replied to was April 1, '04. The issue was dealt with at the time and in August '04 the rules amended to include a warning that if you post © content you will be banned on the spot. Next to KP, © content is one of our most strictly enforced rules.

Maybe they just start reading each section from the beginning, instead of the most recent. Should be a nice, long read...... ;)
