We are just finishing up our meal and Celer says “are you about ready to begin your training Paul?”
I reply “almost, I need to get this cleaned up before we begin.” just then a small shuttle craft fly's by landing in the clearing a short distance away. Valesz says “that must be Lakia and Katherine, I expected them here last night.” I respond “they either figured it was to late to come here or perhaps they found something interesting to do. Lets take bets on which it was. 5 credits says they found something to do.”
Sigrun is the first to respond “I will take that bet I say they thought it was to late to come here.” Valesz says “ I don't know why you males always have to compete like that all the time... 10 says they got busy with a couple of males.” Alkippe says “ good grief Valesz … 10 says they were just tired and decided to sleep somewhere.” Celer says“ I'm staying out of this one.” just then Katherine and Lakia walk up … Lakia ask “ staying out of what Celer?” Celer says “ oh nothing, just a male bonding thing”
Valesz ask “so what happened last night? Did you find a couple of cute dragons or was it to late to come here?” Katherine says “ well there were a couple of dragons that we talked about for a while but we decided to go to the local club for a little while and relax then we went back to the ship...” Lakia interrupts “ closed doors Katherine” Katherine falls silent for a few moments. I say “ ok you can answer this question were there males involved?” Lakia looks at Katherine and they both turn to me and say “ No.” I yell “ YES I WIN ...” Valesz says “ I should know better then to bet against Paul.. I have seen the results a few times before but did it anyway.... hmm did you peek into their minds Paul ?”
I respond “ no I didn't I promise.” Lakia ask “exactly what were you betting on” I look at Valesz. Valesz says “your the one that started it you tell them.” I respond “ok..

Well Lakia we knew that you were suppose to come here last night when we seen your shuttle we.. err I said 'they either figured it was to late to come here or perhaps they found something interesting to do. Katherine says “I'm surprised that you would bet on us Valesz and worse yet against Paul.” Celer says “ I hate to break up out little reunion but Paul has work to do before we go meet with the counsel.” I say “ ok what do we do first?” Celer replies “on our way in I saw a lake about one kilometer north of here, lets walk there and we can discuss what you are going to do this morning.” then Celer turns to face the other unicorn and says “I will need your help with his training this morning, would you come help?” Alkippe, Dinos, and Sigrun all reply “ yes we will help.” Valesz says “We would like to watch do you mind if we join you?” Celer responds “ yes you can come but I would ask that you stay a good distance away, some of the task that I am going to ask of Paul can be dangerous.” Valesz replies “We will stay where you tell us it is safe then.” then she turns to Lakia and Katherine and says “ will you help me with these dishes, we will take them into the cabin and wash them when we get back.” They start collecting the dishes and head into the cabin. The rest of us stand up and start walking north. I stop and turn then focus on the remnants of the fire. Looking deeper into the coals I see the atoms moving quite fast I begin slowing them down this time many at a time until there are none left moving at the speed that they previously were. I say “The fire is out.” Celer walks over to the pit and places a hand by the fire, he reaches in picks up a coal and drops it back in the pit.” and says “your skills of molecular control are quite impressive. I think that we can omit that from your training.” Sigrun says “I agree , I think that we should start him with telekinesis.” Celer responds “Yes. We know he does well with small objects so we will find something large and heavy for him to try.” Valesz, Lakia, and Katherine come walking out of the cabin.

Celer says “Now that everyone is here lets go” We start walking north towards the lake . I say “lets just fly there.” Celer quickly responds “No. you need to save your energy for the exorcises. You are going to be using a lot of energy for the tasks at hand. We know that you find some of them easy but you will more than likely find a couple of them difficult ” I say “Very well then we will walk. Ok so now I know what is first on the list, what do you want me to do after the telekinesis exorcises ?” Celer responds “ hmm.. I just though of something that your could do with the molecular control. Just to see how precise you can be. Providing we can find a large branch or small tree that is dead, there is no sense on using your abilities on living things yet.” I say “ok so I'm going to start with telekinesis then molecular control. Then what?” Celer responds “ mind linking. So far you have linked with others in the same room but we are going to add distance to test you ” just as we are reaching the top of a hill Celer says “ I would like for the three of you to remain here.” Valesz responds “ but it is still ½ kilometer to the lake.” Celer responds “ I know there are a couple of reasons that I need you here.” Celer leans close to Valesz and whispers into her ear “ I am going to have him link with you at this distance, some of the task can be dangerous and for his last task I am going to ask him to teleport to you.” Valesz replies “ as you wish Lord of the Unicorn.” as the rest of us continue down the hill towards the Lake I turn to see Valesz she has a sad look on her face, I know that she wanted to be there during the test. I begin a link with the three of them and tell them all that they will get the best view 'My View' and then a smile creeps across Valesz's face.

A few minutes later as we approach the lake Celer ask “ how is your link with Valesz and the others doing?” I was so busy thinking about the coming task and maintaining my link with my mates I hadn't noticed that Celer had made a link of his own. I respond “ seems to be as strong as if I were only a few feet away.” Celer says when no one was paying attention I gave Lakia a secret word , I want you to scan her and find that word.” I respond “very well.” I begin to focus on Lakia reading her thoughts and memories until I find the word 'Monoceros' and I repeat it “Monoceros” Dinos says “very good it took me a bit longer to make that kind of distance when I was learning.” Celer says “ try sending them an image or memory.” I walk over to Sigrun and whisper into his ear “ you know that you want me to suck on that massive cock of yours, you want me to stoke it until you cum all over me don't you.” and apon finishing that sentence I glance down and sure enough Sigrun was getting a massive hard-on I begin focusing my thoughts to my mates.. we can hear then yelling in the distance “STOP PLAYING AROUND!!!” I say to Sigrun “ I'm sorry I had to do that but I needed something strong enough to send that far. Now if you would please move the boulder.” I respond “I will try.” I begin focusing on the boulder and it lifts into the air as easily as I can pickup the sword. In fact it seems easier. I quickly place the smaller boulder on top of the larger one. Celer says “ good now for the next task I want you to ask Valesz, Lakia and Katherine to duck behind the hill before we proceed.” I give them the message to get behind the hill. As they turn and walk back.

Celer says “now I want you to focus on an atom in the core of that boulder and speed it up so fast that it is ready to explode be careful not to make the atom separate though, we don't want a nuclear explosion we just want the boulder to explode and that much heat in the core will do just that. Now lets get behind these trees over here and then you can tend to your task. Everyone heads for the trees and crouches down behind them including myself. I turn so I can see the boulder. Celer says “do you want to keep your head? Do it from behind the tree. I respond “ ok I see your point.” I begin to scan the boulder studying it it detail, I say “ this boulder has a diamond core.” Celer responds “ a diamond will explode just as easily as any rock.” but you don't understand this diamond is fucking huge it is the size of four grapefruits put together.” Celer then explode the rock away from the diamond then you will have a souvenir. I reply “Very well, I can do that” I focus on the diamond keeping its atoms at their current speed while instantly accelerating two atoms in the rock surrounding one towards the top and on in the bottom. I want to split this rock like an egg and keep the yolk whole. In an instant the boulder explodes leaving two half's falling to the ground with pieces whizzing past us some hitting the trees and embedding themselves deep within the trees. We stand and walk to the large boulder and there is a massive diamond setting perfectly on top. Celer says “ very nice I think we can skip the part that I was going to have you do, since you were able to save the diamond and get rid of the surrounding rock.” I reply what was the task that you were going to give me?” Celer says “I was going to have you etch some writing in a piece of wood but I think that would be futile now.” I respond “ yes I agree that would be simple but I can understand where it would be a task for an ascending foal. In a way I'm not much different from one but on the other hand you keep comparing me to an elder.”

I glance over at Sigrun and notice a trickle of blood running down his arm. I say “Sigrun you injured.” he looks down at his arm and notices a small cut where one of the rock fragments had grazed his arm and says “ I never even felt it, its just a scratch I will be fine.” I respond but I won't I can't let any of my actions hurt any of my friends. At least let me heal that for you.” I reach out and take his arm placing a hand over the wound and focus on healing him. Just as quickly as the wound was made it was healed. This time it took no more effort than lifting that boulder. I turn to Celer and ask “ why was it so much easier this time to heal a wound than before?” Celer responds “quite simply your powers are growing you are begging to reach your peek, with all the practice you have been doing over the last few days you have been developing your abilities and with the link last night we have shared with you our abilities and you shared your with us. Which makes us all a bit stronger.” Just then my mates show up Valesz says “is everyone alright we heard the explosion and thought that maybe some one got hurt.” I respond “ Sigrun got a small scratch but I healed him.” Sigrun says “it would have hurt worse to have the doc heal me.” Celer says “ we have been at this for almost an hour now I have 3 more task . Valesz you may stay for two of them but the for the third you need to return to the hill top.” Valesz responds “ thank you I will return just as soon as the second task is completed.” Celer turns to me and says “ for the next two task we are going to test your physical speed both in the water and on top of the water. Which do you want to do first?” I think for a moment. And respond “ let's do in the water first” Celer responds “ok let's make it a little more interesting. Valesz would you like to make a race out of it?” Valesz responds “ sure why not I know that I can out swim him.” I respond “ care to make a bet?” Valesz responds “ oh hell no!!, now maybe I should have said no but I will do it because I said I would and if it will help you Paul I will do it.”

As we approach the lake it appears to be about ½ km long . Valesz and I stand side by side I reach for her and give her a kiss. She says “ what was that for?” I respond just because I love you and you are doing this just to help me.” Celer says “ on your mark .. get set … GO!” and we hit the water at the same time. I stop for a second the shock of the cold water against my body I quickly overcome the shock and begin swimming Valesz is just a few feet in front of me I begin swimming as fast as I can I quickly reach the other side of the lake. I jump out of the water and look back Valesz is barley ¼ of the way across. I focus on lifting her out of the water and bring her to me I wrap my arms around her giving her my body heat. She whales “you cheated you teleported.” I respond “ no I didn't teleport I swam the whole way here.” she replies “ but I had a good lead on you in the beginning.” I reply “ I had to stop for a second ,i had to overcome the shock of the cold water against my body.” Sigrun and Alkippe are the first to arrive they quickly huddle around us sharing their body heat with us. I exclaim “damn that water is cold, but now that your here it feels much better especially with you holding me Alkippe” she smiles and says “ he feels better don't he” I respond “ I will later, but for now I need to focus on completing the task, and then we need to go meet with the counsel.” Sigrun says “ after the testing is done you will need to take a nap before we go meet with the counsel.” just then the rest of the group arrives Celer says “ impressive display, just as soon as you get warmed back up we will do the next task.” I respond “ I will be fine let's do it.” Celer says “ if you feel that your ready.” then he says to Sigrun and Alkippe I want you to remain here when he gets back you will give him his last task.” Sigrun replies “Ok” then Celer looks directly at Sigrun and gives him the final task {“I am going to send Valesz back to the top of the hill and have him teleport to her from here.”} Sigrun responds {“but thats right at one km, your really going to test him on that one.”} Celer responds {“yes but I know that he can do it.”}

Celer says “ ok let's go” and starts walking to the other end of the lake with the others following him. Since I have a few minutes I snuggle back up to Alkippe and say “your fur feels so good against my skin and you are nice and warm and cuddly, and with that she wraps her arms around me and holds me close to her. My cock begins to grow. I look back to Celer he is holding the branch in his left hand with it fully extended. As I pass him I take the branch it takes me a bit more to stop then I expected I stop about 35 meters past him I turn around and head back to Sigrun this time with even grater speed my feet are not even touching the water I'm actually treading on air. Just before I reach the other side of the lake I begin to slow down a little now treading water again I begin stopping just as I hit the shoreline this time I only pass my target by about 10 meters. I turn around and walk to Sigrun and hand him the branch. He says “ very nice it looked like you were not even touching the water most of your trip back.” I reply “I wasn't but I had to slow down so I could stop closer to you than I when I stopped by Celer.” Sigrun says “ just as soon as Valesz reaches the top of that hill you are to teleport to her.” I respond “but thats a kilometer away.” Sigrun responds “ I posed that same argument to Celer when he told me what your task was. But he assured me that he knew you could do it” I respond “ you know I think he is right I know I can do that and more.” Sigrun says “More !!! what do you mean more?” I respond “ you will see , why don't the two of you go ahead and teleport over to Celer. I will see you in a few seconds.” Sigrun and Alkippe hold each other close and disappear, in an instant reappear next to Celer and Dinos. I pick up the branch and focus on Valesz and in an instant I'm standing right in front of her. She wraps her arms around me and says “that was amazing you did it on your first try.” I kiss her and say “are you ready for the ride of your life?”

I hand Lakia the branch. Then hold on tightly to Valesz I turn my head and begin focusing on Celer who is now walking this way, looking and talking to Sigrun. In an instant both Valesz and my self are standing behind them I say “ BOO” Celer jumps and yells “ WHAT THE HELL!!!!” he turns around and says “ you teleported again and took someone with you?” I respond “yup” Celer responds “ but that should not be possible, even me an experienced teleporter can only teleport once in a days time, it takes so much out of me I don't dare try a second jump. But you did a second jump just seconds after the first jump.” I respond “ there is something else too but I can't quite put my finger on it there is another power screaming to be turned loose but I don't know what it is” Celer responds “ that is one to be very careful with if its what I think it is.” I respond “what do you think it is?” Celer responds “ hang on just a second.” he turns to the other unicorn and says “ come with me please” and they walk a few meters away and huddle. Celer ask “if during the link last night did any of you come across something different?” Dinos responds “ yes I did , but I was still trying to figure it out, it seemed like a very powerful ability but I didn't know what it was.” Celer may I link with you and see for myself?” Dinos responds “ yes you may I would like to know myself.” Celer creates a link and begins scanning her mind, he quickly finds what he is looking for and instantly breaks the link. He stands there pondering what to say about it. Dinos says” what is it love?” he responds “ you need to lock that away for a long time it will be another 1000 years before you are ready to even think about using it.” she quickly responds “ ok but what is it?” he responds “to put it simply it is temporal mechanics. The ability to literally teleport through time. Now I have a decision to make. Do I try and help Paul with this or do I tell him to lock it away like you have to?” Sigrun says “ I think you should help him with it , if he tries to use it with out knowing what it is it could destroy him. And maybe even distort the time line.” Celer replies “ I don't know how to do it myself how can I help him. I know that he can do it but I don't know how to help him. Dinos says “you need to help him, at least tell him what it is. Celer says “Dinos I am going to ask you to remember something that I know your have tried very hard to forget.” she replies “ what is that, love?” Celer says I want the rest of you to join us for this part of the conversation it is very important.”

we join the group and Celer says “Dinos I want you to go back to when we escaped from the mantis attack” she “says you know I hate thinking about that.” Celer says “but this time I think it is necessary, do you remember who helped us escape?” she responds “oh fuck now I do.” she turns and looks directly into my eyes and says “Paul it was you. You were the one that rescued us from the mantis attack.” Celer says “ that is the power screaming to be turned loose Paul, temporal jumping.” I respond “ you mean I can travel through time itself?” Celer responds “yes Paul, but you have to be very careful with this power it can be very dangerous, meddling with time has great responsibility, change one tiny thing and the whole thing could go horribly wrong. An example if you were to go back and keep you 400th generation grandmother from falling down that ravine you would not be here now and for that matter neither would I.” I respond “ ok I understand me not being here but how would that affect you being here.” he responds ok let me explain “if your 400th grandmother never fell me and Astarot would never mated with her. Thus you would not exist at least not with the powers that you have now. With that said it is you that sometime in the future goes back in time and rescues us. So in which case we would have died on our home world during the attack. Do you understand now?” I respond “ whoa talk about a mind fuck. I understand.” Celer says I think I can help you with it but you have to promise not to use it until I tell you it is time. Do you want to try?” I respond “ yes I need to know all of my abilities even if I don't use them all.” Celer responds “ then if this works you will probably see yourself but never, and I repeat NEVER make contact with your other self.” Paul stay here for just a few minutes everyone else follow me and they walks about 10 meters away on the way Celer says “ ok everyone make a circle walk around behind me to do so, do not walk in front of me.”

Everyone does as he commands. Forming a circle. Then after a couple of minutes of everyone standing in silence I appear in the center of the circle. Celer says “the time has come Paul.” I begin walking towards the circle. Celer says “Paul out of the circle so the other Paul can enter.” and the temporal me walks out the opposite side of the circle as I enter the circle. Celer and says “Paul now that you have seen it done you know that you can do it. Think about the time the circle was first formed and teleport yourself to that time.” the other me just stands quietly outside the circle. I begin focusing on that moment. The other me says “ think of the second that you seen me appear.” and in an instant I am seeing myself standing outside of the circle and Celer says “the time has come Paul.” Celer says “Paul out of the circle so the other Paul can enter.” and I walk out of the circle on the opposite side that the other me is getting ready to enter. And just stand quietly waiting. As I see the other me is concentrating hard I say “think of the second that you seen me appear.” and in a blink of an eye the other me is gone. Celer says “now perhaps you understand temporal mechanics a little better now that you have experienced it.” I respond “ yes but that is going to take some time to think about before I try something like that again.” Sigrun says “are you ready for that nap now?” I respond “yes but I'm hungry again I think i'll have a quick salad before taking that nap.” and we all start heading back to the cabin.

heh who would forget such a huge diamond if they did that would be interesting and wonder if there is specific age that would be best to develop the powers just like how muscle can be created in your body in your teen years

desara keep in mind that this diamond is uncut and unpolished to look at it it is just a black rock. another thing to keep in mind is i have mentioned that this is a cargo ship and mentioned the kind of money it makes, but what i haven't mentioned is what kind of money any of them actually have saved up ... that diamond isn't squat by comparison.

as for the development i would have to say that 23 is a good year to develop these type of skills... note that is Paul's age ... lol

I think you are just using his age just to make it seem like that is why he can develop but then it seems more like doing constant thing and not max outs where stretches his abilities except for the time stuff

I agree with the caution regarding time travel, things can get incredibly complicated. As yet, we don't know if there is an elasticity in the time/space continumn which would resist change, or dampen out temporal flux, or if changes would become permanent, along the lines of chaos theory and the butterfly effect. :nerd:

Are we ever going to see a limit to Paul's powers? Surely he will eventually overeach his abilities. :whistling:

well personaly i think that i am done with giving him any more powers. i mean good grief what else could he have ... besides he can do almost anything he is almost Omnipotent. there is one more thing that i intend to do to him but that one will wait at least until after the counsel meeting and it has nothing to do with his powers...
the only things i see missing from him being Omnipotent is he can and will die.. someday and the ability to create things out of thin air.. but then i would have to call him Q now wouldn't I lmao
