I remember my first time. I was scared to death afterwards and confused. My other half thought it was the hottest thing he had ever seen. I did a ton of research and even PMed a couple people about my fears. But I couldn't get the desire out of my head. Then I just let myself go.

It is hard to accept our own desires sometimes because of society. Don't let society decide what you do and don't enjoy, if you do you will never truely be happy. :beer:

Welcome to the forums. I just have but three quick suggestions for you:

1. Do not be ashamed. If you enjoyed yourself then that is what really matters. So long as you treated yourself and your partner at the time with respect, there's nothing more different about it than if you were to, say, hook up with a guy from craigslist.

2. Don't become obsessed. I've seen too many people find out they want to go zoo only to discover it was some horrible fetish and ended up abusing the animals if they were "lucky" enough to get one. Don't be that person. Animals are like any other person, you have to given them love and compassion for them to give you love and compassion back.

3. Be open, but only to people you trust. This is one of those things that kind of can ... well, turn in to a witch hunt. I've been scarred by a friend who was also a zoo and word got out that they liked dogs. One thing led to another, windows were smashed, cars were vandalized, and he had to move. I lost a good friend because of close-minded simpletons. So, be open with people but only to those whom you trust.

I wish you the best, and so long as you had a good time then you've got nothing to regret.

The only thing I'd add is that if you didn't suffered pain, nor your lover at time did (you'll know for sure if he looks for you, or if he is afraid of you), then there is noting wrong with it!

If you both liked it, and you both shared the pleasures, then everything is Ok, your concerns show that you are good hearted, and thus you didn't acted out of malice, "talk to him" (as in get close to him and see how he reacts, if he is shy or afraid, make him understand you won't hurt him, if he looks towards you, congratulations, you got yourself a lover!
