There are many variables to consider. At 4 years she is old enough, but has she ever been bred? Is she intact or spayed? Add to that the size of your friend, etc. and you'll see that the more information you have - or he has - the better. |

Well, all dogs are individuals, and so Your Results May Vary, (is she full normal size for the breed?) but a standard sized person would stand a good chance. Wait 'till she's just beginning in heat, and go slow. (Maybe days or months--just see how it goes)
