Maybe you are little confused about the consistence of whatever you "need to evacuate" from your body.
From my past experiences any liquid deposited inside your back door will quickly be expelled from your body after the event.

Lots of people seem to like to hold it in all day. If you don't naturally evacuate afterwords, I'm sure a Fleet enema would do the trick. Somewhere in the forum, there is a pole about preferences if people prefer to retain the cum or not.

Even after you first "release" there will still be water in you system, and you may notice some dripping if you play anally shortly after. Your body will absort it naturally so you shouldn't have any problems the next day.

After taking a water enema of say 1-1/2 to 2 quart size, and then "releasing" --say 3 or 4 times in the following half hour, there will be little to nothing left in the bowel. Any remaining water residue will be absorbed by the body afterwords. Hope this helps.
