I've heard that someone try to do "zeta pin hunting" on the bus or underground railway, i.e. trying to find others wearing zeta pin. I remembered someone said he found two people wearing zeta pin on the bus!
Have anyone done this before? Is there really many zeta pins?
(My guess: presume 0.5% people are zoo, and one fifth zoo wear zeta pins. Thus one in a thousand does.)

Zeta pins are a rarity because not many people make them and because they are so rare I don't see how one could hope to see someone wearing one unless it was by pure chance. I have met many zoophiles in person and only very few of them actually own a zeta pin. Like I said they are very rare as many people do not have the ability to produce them and most people who do have this ability are not zoo or beast themselves.

Nope, never seen one.

But, Masters and Johnson in the early fifties said 3% of people admitted to beasty sex. And I think thats low. More have done it than admit to it.

I guess a lot of member have heard of zeta pins but not many in real life have ever seen anybody wearing said pin. The other problem is that if everybody knew what the pin represented then who would be game to wear a target like that in public.

I would rather wear a necklace than a pin. A necklace with a symbol is fairly common and doesn't attract attention much. Cross, Yin-Yang symbol, etc.

A pin on the other hand tends to catch people's eye. Someone sees one they'll take a look at it...what happens when they ask you what it means?

I really don't know where you could find either one; ZetaCreations no longer sells them.

I actually look for tatoos more than pins. Those, while more difficult to see, tend to reveal much more information. I've seen only one in my area, but I live in the middle of no where. Still, that was all it took for us to get to know one another. He's a good guy. Try near the ankles, or a shoulder in the summertime.

seconded! i have yet to see a zeta symbol anywhere on a pin or necklace, but i have seen paw prints, names that were either odd human pet names or ACTUAL pet names with hearts, and what could have been a modified zeta symbol. thats what you get from going 5 times a week to a hardcore dog park!

I agree that a pendant would be better. It's easier to produce than a pin too, IMO.

Does anyone know who owns the design that ZetaCreations was selling?

I can produce such pendants if there's actually a demand for them. I've thought about doing it before, but didn't really see anyone looking.

I've seen a couple of beast tats before too. I didn't pry, but after a casual conversation I'm fairly sure the ladies they were attached to were in the scene.

I personally wear a zeta pin everyday on a cloth around a my neck. That, and a custom made bracelet with a rather fanciful zeta. I have been asked, and much to my displeasure, pestered heavily about what the symbol means, but so far I have not found anyone who already knows, including a few zoos that I have met. What's displeasing is that people I know start guessing what the symbol means. Fortunately they can't Google it (or at least don't know how).

Can't say as I've ever seen anyone else with one. I wear mine as a signal to anyone who might be in the know, but it's just never happened.

I know someone who is currently making pins, though he has not got them into production yet. Last time we discussed them he told me they would be ready to be sold in early December. From what I have seen they look really nice, and he plans on doing both pendants as well as pins.

I will ask him if I can post some pictures of them on this site.

Excellent, it just won't do to not have such items available somewhere :)

Hope to see some pictures of them soon.

I also like the idea of a leather wrist band with an imprinted zeta design (not sure what the leatherworking technique is called. Embossing?). I don't personally wear any jewelery so a pendant or pin would stand out a bit, but I could probably get away with some leather. Its unusual enough to get noticed but not all that uncommon.

Here's the bracelet I wear. I didn't pay for it, so I have no idea how much such things would cost to make or buy, but it wouldn't be that much.

They are not going ot be as cheap as what Zeta Creations was selling them for. Last time I bought 6 of them, they were, think $12.95 each. These new ones are going to be alot higher, like $65.00, but good quality, and good material always costs more.

I just got these in an email with an ok to post them.

There are other styles available as well. (zeta pin with paw print, horse shoe, and combination of both paw print and horse shoe)

He still has not given me a price yet but I will keep asking.

I was told he can do them in both pins and pendants.

I will try to post any new updates as soon as I receive them.
