In terms of vaginal dimensions its as individual as penis size which is to say it varies from individual to individual. Typically if you are an averaged sized male (5.5 to 6 inches) you are looking at a dog that is a minimum of about 50lbs dog. That is just a thumb nail estimate of course. So in practical terms your mileage may vary. Can't tell you how tight compared to human vagina, since I have not experienced such myself. For myself I find k9 coochie fantastic, super hot and super tight. As to how long it takes for a female dog to orgasm from coitus, once again its individual. It also is probably heavily influenced by your own technique as well.
