Hi all :D ,
I need a program which will enable me to combine x thumbnails in 1 picture (yes, I need it for the beastforum  ). I have two (ACDsee, and LViewPro), but they create nasty little lines in between the thumbs, and they include filenames etc. That's not nice to look at. Could anybody recommend me a program that doesn't do this, eg seemlessy puts the pictures next to eachother with all the blabla in it? Would appreciate any help on this :D , Thanks all and take care ;) , ILI |

Photoshop can do this... but it costs a lot of £/$/€
A good freeware alternative that I use more and more is Irfanview which makes excellent contact sheet pics... I've attached an example from my archive (no beastie pics folks... although the geese are sweet). Maybe what you're looking for. Available at www.irfanview.com To produce a thumbnail image, click on "Thumbnails", select a directory, pick the piccies you want and then do File > Create Contact Sheet. This image was produced with the "Include filenames" option deselected but you can include filenames (any font you like), adjust spacing, select background colours, etc, etc. Drac This post has been edited by dracunculus on Mar 26 2004, 12:23 AM Attached Image ( Click on thumbnail to view full size image ) ![]() |
