Nate, leave your dogs alone, please. Dogs will consent if they want it, and if yours do not want it, you are pretty much assaulting them. Being "fixed" will also significantly decrease the chance they will have sex with you. Your best option would be to find a human mate.

Spayed bitches are usually not interested in or capable of having sex. Some are, most are not in my experience. If they were spayed very young, the odds go down even more. If you try too hard, you can tear the vaginal canal and seriously injure or kill the bitch.
