Nvm, I finally got the vid together. this strikes me and CNC as animal abuse. The bear is obviously tranquilized and if he weren't chances are the guy is short one hand, or a life.
Well you know I could be wrong, but being a student at UCDavis at one point and CNC's knowledge of veterinary procedures, we both feel he is sedated.
