Housecats are far too small to really do anything with. It will be very difficult, to say the least.

The only animal I've ever had sexual relations with was my male housecat... and it was restricted entirely to oral - both ways though. It's possible to get the cat to do some licking in the right spots on your girl, even without using 'food' to lure him.

Feline penises have small 'barbs' on them, like spikes. They arent anything to worry about though, especially in a creature as small as a housecat. It'd only really be an issue with something like a tiger or lion, and even then I doubt the barbs are as big a deal as people think. You can find pictures showing them around the net. I sucked off my male cat fine and the barbs are really nothing more than bumps.
