It depends on how much I ordered, how quickly it arrived, how pleasant the delivery person is, and what sort of mood I'm in. I almost always tip though, and it's usually 10-15%.

If, however, the delivery person is a girl, and she's really cute and maybe showing cleavage, the tip size increases exponentially. I'm a total sucker like that.

Sometimes I give a tip, usually to round off the price.

Don't often order in pizza but when I do there's still no guarantee of a tip.
If they bring the wrong pizza I'll still tip the delivery boy because it isn't their fault (I know that where I order pizza from the delivery boys aren't the chefs... I used to work there).
If it arrives fast and is still nice and hot when it arrives then usually up to about a 15% tip.
A late or cold pizza doesn't get a tip and if it's over an hour late (rare but it happens here) then I call up to cancel the pizza, cook myself something up because by that time the laziness has given over to hunger, and turn the pizza boy away to face the wrath of the overlord manager (if he insists on leaving the pizza with me then I'll still take it and stick it in the fridge, though... it's always better the next day).
There is, as mentioned by MongoloidManiac, the issue of attractiveness. If I get some gorgious fella who looks out of place wearing a shirt then I'm usually more generous with the tip.

I am not much of a pizza guy but i always tip if they bring it. Tips depends what it cost mostly they can keep the change.
