Quite a few people know I'm a zoo. I trust my friends, and have never been betrayed, also not by people that are no longer my friends.

To answer anyway though, yea, most of my RL friends know I'm more than the average animal-lover and so far they have all accepted it just fine, I do not hide and also don't flaunt it, I'm open about it when I think someone can handle knowing it. Several family members have figured it out by now too, I'm sure, but I rarely speak to most of them. Also, in my two serious relationships so far in my life I let them both know upfront about my special bond with animals and they both also accepted it...one of them was a bit jealous, but that was all. :)

oh yes, there have been threads like this before.

Only one person knows about my attraction to dogs, and that is my human lover. ^_^

The only one that knew has passed away, so at this point no one alive knows about my zoo life.

Only my Hubby, my best friend (female) her hubby and two other women. However those other women were involved with her and not me. Both women however were active with her Dalmatian as well.

Just look around hun, I posted in one of them in the last 3 days so it's around here somewhere ^_^

No one knows. Well, except for the fine folks here on BF, that is. B)

It would be wonderful to have someone to share with, though. (Share the interest and the lifestyle I mean, not their actual animal.) To have that kind of trust and honesty would be so nice. I envy those of you who are married (or even just in a relationship) with a partner who accepts, understands and supports.

And yes there are a number of threads similar to this one; To find other threads on any given topic (without looking through a couple hundred pages of Titles, lol), just click on the Search icon in the upper-right, and on the next page enter your topic. Um yeah there are 2 people in RL that know i like animals....none of my family though...pretty sure they would never touch me again...hahah, all good though.

Strangely enough I am in the same boat...
I have one person that loves HORSES and he knows Im a zoo
He thinks dogs are icky but y kno :unsure:

OTher n that my family doesnt kn ow SHUDDER and they will never know heh ...
