I have so many its impossible to pick just one... and by the way, Palomino is a color, not a breed :P There is a Palomino registry which collects that paticular color, but it is not a true breed.
My favorites: Arab: for beauty and grace. Quarter horse: for dependability and personality. Paint: for color and personality. Draft: for power and ability. Thoroughbred: for presence and majesty Pony: for humor and smiles :) I love my ponies, and my QH... but I'd be happy to take any acceptional beastie from any of the breeds listed above, and many others as well! thank you ponystud08 for that oberservation i should have frased it as what type of horse do you like but that was my mistake i guess. my mare is palomino/paint regestered. i just think of it as one of those almost breeds cause when someone sees one they dont say look at that paint they say look at the palomino.

I can't say I have a favorite, I've loved all horses I've met regardless of breed, but most of my experiences have been with quarter horses and arabs so far and I like them overall for their breed traits.

I voted for the drafters. I don't know what it is, but there's something about them that just turns me on like no other. Heh, the only reason I watched to superbowl was to see the budweiser clydesdale.

I love german horses like hannoveraner and holsteiners... powerful hindquarters and sloping shoulders.

I have to go with Arabian. They are the most elegant.

I've got to say Warmbloods are my favorite. I've got an older Swedish, who's very quiet but is more interested in humans than horses. He's dropped his stuff for me on several occasions, but even when a mare in heat passes him, he's unaffected. We're retiring him due to a severe leg injury.
I've got a younger Westphalian gelding who we're trying out but seems to be a bit timid, I'm hoping to get him out of his shell so I can have fun with him, too. |

I am such a sucker for the painted beauties ... but my heart was stolen by a drop dead gorgeous friesian mare ... so my vote would have to be for a friesian ...

Search up Romeo de Roza, he's a Friesian stallion. He's so fucking gorgeous. I've told all my friends that I'd fuck him in a heartbeat.

Well, I voted Arabian, though I think the Appaloosa are also beautiful animals.
