Maybe half a small cup overall, but please do expect that information to apply to every Rottie, like we humans all dogs are different.

ineresting human cca 70kg have 3-6ml total cum depend by exciting
but smal dogs cca 5kg have too 5-6ml total cum, and his testis is smaler than human.

that's more than likely due to the fact Dog cum is a bit lower in viscosity than
the much thicker Human cum

it's also why K9 penises act as a plug to prevent loss of semen from a bitch during mating to give it time to do what it needs to do before they separate and leaks out
if it leaks which would be very probable ...

Actually, testicular size has very little to do with volume of ejaculate. It does have a lot to do with number of sperm cells produced though. Most of the volume (almost all) of the cum comes not from the testicles but from the accessory sex glands located deep in the body along the path the sperm takes on the way out of the body. The prostate is probably the best known, but there are two others as well. Not all species have all three. Much of the volume in horses, humans, and canines is from the prostate.

Bulls have pretty large testicles (larger than a horse), but they usually ejaculate only 5-10ml! That's not much more than a human.

Spermatozoids are produced in testicles, then they finish their maturity in two glands near the prostate, these glands produces also the proteins making the viscosity aspect of the sperm.

That is incorrect, when the spermatozoa leave the scrotum they SHOULD be 100% mature. They finish the maturation process in the epididymis, which is an organ located next to the testicles in the scrotum. The accessory sex glands are responsible for cleaning the urinary tract and for prolonging the life of the sperm cells inside the female's tract. In some species they have additional duties, such as producing gel in the stallion.

Sperm cells can not survive any length of time at body temperature until they are in the female. If they were to mature inside an animal's body they would be dead before they could be ejaculated. That's why fever is so dangerous to a male breeding animal's fertility, and also why too much fat is a very bad thing in bulls and rams.
