on the 17th of this month i get my new golden retriever girl puppy ,i can hardly waite .can any one give me advice on goldens since i have never had one before .her mom and dad seemed to be very sweet i hope she is the same .thanks :D

They are active dogs, so give her plenty of exercise and toys. |

Goldens are a very well bred breed. She will be loads of fun. But goldens due tend to keep their puppy like natures well into adult hood. So watch out for mischief!

Awww...puppy breath!!!! If you like it, it is one of the most calming smells there are....you can keep all that lavender and lilac crap; give me PUPPY BREATH!!!

got her and she is so sweet .my germanshepherd even likes her i cant believe it my german girl is so sweet to her, carefull not to break her :D and very tolerant of her jumping on her .my german girl lost her best friend a few months back my boarder collie .she seemed to be very depressed and some what lost with out her .im glad they were instant friends thanks every one :D

^_^ Lucky you . <--- last time she had puppies, the entire litter was gone in 2 days. She (Lab/rot mix) "unexpectedly" was let out by somebody whilst in heat with my black/white border collie. :o Tho's puppies were soo cute I wanted em all, alas zoneing restrictions at the time kept me from doing so. 1 year later I saw a pair of thos puppies being walked down the street at 70lbs plus...Huge dogs..nice demenor...medium dark brown coat... :wub: I was sooo jelious. :huh: :blink: Missy did it again :lol: This post has been edited by Natureboy on Apr 8 2008, 06:19 AM |
