I fell madly in love with someones bitch
she came up to the door of the shed where I worked and well it went from there
over the following weekend we had a late night date down the park just a few hundred meters away this went on over the next 18 months rain hail or lunar light
it must have been a mutual love cause most times she'd hear me coming down the highway and meet me down in our favorite spot...
if you want to see the excerpt from the story click on
the Words in Pure Silence link in my signature as I haven't finished the story

I still love her very much but I doubt I will see her again

I've fallen for dogs that weren't mine in my life. It feels very good and horrible at the same time: Knowing your love will be there, seeing you, wagging at you, but in the end unreachable for you.

I've spent time with these dogs in a totally non-sexual way and generally just made friendship to whoever owned him or her. Though non-sexual, this will give you quality time with your love.

Sex is not so important. Love and relationship is.

This used to happen to me all the time, and still happens occasionally since I got my own girls (shhhh.... don't tell them :o  )

One stayed at my place for a week with her owners, didn't see me for over a month, then when we met up again she broke away from her owner to charge across the park and greet me - something that comletely shocked her owners as she's never done that for anyone before. We've never done anything sexual, she just loves me and I love her  In my travels I've gone thousands of km out of my way just to meet up with them (but particularly her ;) )again.

Seen and met some beautiful dogs ...... yep. Fallen in love with them ..... no.

It's a dog's personality that is the thing you fall for and you don't truly see that unless they're around you a lot ..... you can't discern it in one brief meeting but hey ..... each to their own ;)

Yep... my first experience was with my neighbor's white lab, actually. I see her, but I almost never get the chance to do anything that intimate anymore.

Yes it is very easy to fall in love, and very difficult to walk away. Many's the night I am forced to lay in my bed remembering one of the boys I had seen in passing.

I've had fallen in love with a dog, too. Almost on first sight. It was a very strange feeling because I never felt such a thing before. I even didn't know that I am capable of such feelings.

I fell in love with my Irish Setter. We had an on going affair for about two years. We were having her bred for the third time, when she didn't come out of her heat, and had to be spayed. I still loved her, but that was the end of our sexual love.

A few years ago, for a while I was going to a certain business routinely, and the owner brought her Doberman Pinscher to work. Some Dobermans don't do much for me, but this one, oh yes, he was all that. He was large, standing with his head about level with my navel, and well put-together, not gangly or clumsy but powerful and agile. He had that muscular bulge in his neck just behind his head, and a clean, strong jaw, and good tight lips. The larger dogs can have problems with sloppy lips, but everything about his face defined "handsome." He was protective of his mistress and his place, but it only took him a few seconds to see that I was fascinated with him, and after that he was always happy to greet me.
I had a pretty good idea what my feelings were about him, but this was a few years ago, and I was still innocent of the possibility of gay sex with a dog. So I didn't verbalize the thought "I want him to do me." But I always looked forward to seeing him, and often I think of him still. Unfortunately he had congenital cardiomyopathy, which was asymptomatic at that time, but I fear he started a long sad decline soon after. Talk about heart-breaking, I would take it very hard if any dog of mine had such a diagnosis.

I would agree with several posters here that have said that you usually need to get to know a dog a bit first to discover his or her unique and loving personality. With most of the dogs that I fell in love with, it took some time for this to happen, it didn't happen immediately by any means.

However, every once in a while, a dog's personality is such and events are such that the attraction is strong, powerful and immediate, and this is the story that I'd like to share with you right now. It was January 27, 2006 and my mother had died at 1:45 that morning. One of the residents who is no longer here in this retirement home but unfortunately had alzhimers disease at a very young age received visits from her husband almost daily. A couple of days previous, he had talked about bringing over his mixed breed dog named Lady for his wife to see again. She has some lab, some shepherd and some rottie in her, and according to Dan she was a real hines 57 type of dog. I had no idea what to expect, or what she'd think of me when I met her, or if she'd pay any attention to me at all. After all, some dogs were leary of strangers, and it took some time for them to start warming up to a new person until they got to know them a bit. Dan brought Lady into the dining room, and rather than heading for Dan's wife which was what I had actually expected her to do, she headed straight for me and stood right in front of me, nudging my hand with her nose to let me know she was there. It seemed like she had already figured out that I couldn't see, so I immediately began to pat her, and scratch her under her belly and behind her ears. She leaned into my hand when I scratched her ears, and she also leaned into my hand when I rubbed the side of her jaw. She stayed right in front of me, and although she allowed some of the other residents to pet and fuss over her, she seemed to like me the best according to Dan who of course really knew her.

We had pizza for supper, and after supper, I started heading for the general area of where she was located. She was tied to one of the dining room chairs, and I wasn't exactly sure where she was, and naturally I didn't want to step on her paws. Suddenly I felt her nose bunting my body to let me know just exactly where she was. So I sat down in front of her and with no prompting from me whatsoever, she suddenly thrust her tongue inside my mouth and it was obvious that she wanted to french kiss me. Sometimes I'll let a dog know that this is what I want them to do with my own body language. I'll purposely have my mouth slightly open or I'll lean forward toward them with a lifesaver or butterscotch candy in my mouth but I couldn't do that this evening because I wasn't alone at all.

There was nothing in the world that I wanted to do more than frantically french kiss this wonderful dog named lady. I could imagine myself lying on the floor with one of her front paws wrapped around my neck, and her body snuggled beside me just as close as she could get, and us frenching together as brand new lovers. I would start out by frenching her very quickly and animalistically, and then just see if I could get her to slow down and start frenching me very romantically like Shadoe had done with me several years before. But there was no way in hell that I could do this, because I was in the middle of a dining room with Dan who owned the dog, his wife Roxane and a number of the other residents in this retirement home. But Lady would not take no for an answer. It was if she knew that this was what I really wanted her to do! I also don't think it is beyond the relm of possibility that she somehow sensed the sadness I was feeling because my mom had died earlier that morning and Lady wanted to comfort me with her kisses. She was very insistent and was trying her damndest to break down my defenses against her. I'll tell you one thing, if it wasn't for the fact that I was in a public dining room full of people where I simply couldn't start doing this, she definitely would have won that night! I kept turning my head to the side to make it look like it had been an accident, and that I really didn't want her tongue entering my mouth like that. After all, some dogs are just really kissy like that, and that can be really annoying to some people, but deep down inside I always love it! but I'd grab her head and hug her to me, and I'd whisper in her ear, "Oh God Lady, oh God honey, if you only knew how much I would just love to do what you are proposing, I'd do it with you in a minute if we were alone baby." She didn't act that way with any of the other residents, she didn't even pay much attention to Roxane. She just stayed in front of me, and whenever I had to leave to do something in my room, when I came back, she would always greet me excitedly by trying to talk to me, and she'd bunt me with her head so I knew just exactly where she was. At one point, Dan left to get some doughnuts and coffee for some of us from Tim Hortons, and Lady pushed her head toward my crotch and stuck her tongue out and started licking my hand, and she had her tongue positioned just inches from my dick. As she licked my hand which is not really sexual and which I figured I could get away with letting her do, I was quite sure that she could tell that she was turning me on that night. But over and over again all night, Lady kept trying to slip that pink tongue of hers inside my mouth and french me. She knew that I was sad and she wanted to comfort me in the worst way. She also kept trying to talk to me. She would almost howl in long high pitched wails which sounded so sad and pitiful. I had the feeling that what she was trying to ask me was, "Why are you rejecting me? Why don't you want to accept the love that I am willing to give you? I know you want it, and you know you want it too, so why do you keep turning your head away from me and depriving yourself of something that we both know you want?" At that time I did not have this room of my own that I do now. If I did, I might have asked Dan if I could bring her into my room for just five minutes. So in retrospect, maybe it's just as well that I didn't have this room back then.

But Lady was one very special dog, a dog that managed to steal my heart in one night, and somehow we connected very strongly on an emotional level very very quickly. She may actually be dead by now, either that or very old. She was eleven and a half years old back then, which would make her thirteen and a half now. Dan had promised that he'd bring Lady back to the house for another visit, but because of the strain of working and also worrying about Roxane, a couple of weeks after that visit, Dan suffered a heart attack and was in the hospital for a week and a half, and about a month later, Roxane moved out of this house, because she was just too much to handle. It's not very often that a dog manages to totally captivate me like Lady did in one single night, but she was so single minded in her purpose and her desire to please me and make me happy. I truly feel that she could see the sadness in my soul that night, and she would have done anything to cleanse my soul of the grief that I was feeling for having made plans to visit mom the very next day, Saturday January 28th, only to discover that I had missed her being alive by just one day. Lady was a truly rare dog, she was one in a million, very perceptive and intuitive. Even Dan said that he couldn't believe how quickly and strongly we were bonding, and that what Lady was doing to me that night, she usually didn't do with people until she had known them for much longer than she had known me. I have an entire story written about this night, and if anyone would like to read it, just pm me and I'll send it to you.
