Great question!
I think someone mentioned castaway... and I have to agree. I think part of his relationship was because the dog was his only companion for sooo long (like wilson in castaway). And another part of the relationship is that it was the last connection he had with his daughter... who asked him to take care of the dog. I liked the movie but really thought it could have had much more depth. There were so many things they could have explored to make it fascinating... Like the zombies caring for each other, and learning. But they never went that extra mile. And it was pretty short. For such an expensive blockbuster they should have dropped a couple million more to push it to the 2hour mark, and then taken the extra half hour to explore the characters more. Okay.. shutting up now :wub: Thanks for the interesting thread! |
