If you consider minis vs clydesdales, then 3x is possible. But for average sized animals (in the 800-1200lb range) 14-24" is pretty much the biggest range possible (considering stallions only, geldings are smaller). You won't see 2x, never mind 3x.

I was thinking animals of about the same size, but ok - not a good theory then. So maybe dogs and humans are unique, with that 3x size difference.

I can't really understand that maximum for a horse is 24 inches though, if some of them can reach between their front legs... But I suppose it is just very, very rare.

Between the front legs is a myth :) That's something you see in stories. For your average sized (1000lb) horse, more than 24" is very unusual (horse, not donkey/zebra). I've personally never seen a light horse with one larger than that, and I handle A LOT! lol (approaching 400 in the past three years) Down to the hocks, past the hocks, yes, that's not very uncommon in larger endowed drafts, but not light horses. The drafts I've dealt with were 26" or so, which is still gigantic, but not touching their pecs :P

well most things in life are based on "guidelines" there are gonna be some cases when those guidelines are not gonna be followed.

realistically no, the size of the dog in no way determines the size of the penis. sounds odd, i know, but pound-for-pound a basset hound has a larger cock-to-weight ratio than a great dane. significantly so, in fact. what it comes down to is the individual dog. the breed is just an 'upper limiter' on size.

judging from personal experience, comments and videos on this site, and the experiences shared with me from others i'd vote lab cross as well. something about a lab cross just hits the genetics perfectly, i guess. labs tend to have a thicker overall shaft, and breeds larger than that tend (obviously a generalization) to have more streamlined shafts (until you get into great danes, who all seem to have a pretty significant 'hump' in the shaft).
obviously every dog is different, but in generalist terms this is what i find to be true.

GSDs are obviously my favorite breed, and of the shepherds i've played with most of them are actually pretty small for their body weight. i personally enjoy that, since i rather enjoy keeping my intestines intact during a tie! :lol:
