Id imagine a great dane would be the largest in some cases. Though its not always perportional to the size of the dog.

So the larger breeds varies roughly between 5 inches and 16 inches - about the same variation as with humans, only scaled up about 50%. ;-) (humans between maybe 3 and 12 inches in extreme cases)

Other body parts don't vary that much (in general). I used to think that "soft" bodyparts (with no bones) like ears, noses and penises could have a much larger variety in size than, let's say hands or legs, but then - dogs do have a bone in their penis... so I'm still confused.
