Good luck and I hope you find what you're looking for ^_^ .

Be prepared to be patient. In my experience those that have willing dogs are not necessarily prepared to share .... or may want some kind of quid pro quo deal that doesn't suit you or you don't want. A lot don't have dogs but are looking for owners that do and don't mind sharing.

I was lucky ... I found someone who let me experiment and try it ..... and having done so I knew I wanted more. However having reached that decision, I found that if I wanted to continue this further .... the only answer was to get my own dog .... which I did .... but for company, protection etc as much as anything else.

So in the meantime .... read, learn, talk to people ....... the possibilities abound ^_^

Best of luck. I hope you find what you seek. If I were you, I'd try posting this in the personals sectionYou are much more likely to get answers there.

You are wise to learn to talk to the frount before playing with the back. Also if you are not used to dog training I would look at Goldens, labs, Danes.

Never treet an animal any different than you your self would want to be treated.
Not all animals are into this lifestyle eather.

I'm in the same situation where I can't have a dog because of my housing situation, but I have a cat. :) Good luck finding what your looking for, hope you have fun and are safe. Love any animal whether it wants to participate or not! ;)

Good luck,
~A!~
