Now for sex it's a toss-up between doggy, missionary, and reverse missionary position. Often more than one way in a session. Not a clear answer to the question, but the fact is they're all good! I have answered this same question in various threads, however it always deserves another answer.

I love the missionary position with male dogs, during the act of humping and then during the tie, as well. I have a very large and comfortable chair that allows me to sit and give them full access to thier target. I lie back in the chair and encourage them to jump on and this way I can help them by massaging thier sheath if need be. I really enjoy watching the excitement and urgency in their eyes and on their faces as they jump up and start thrusting deeply inside me. I find that male dogs are best equipted to mount me from behind, similar to how it would happen if he were mating a dog bitch. Has anyone ever seen dogs have sex in the missionary position? I think not!
Tried missionary a few times but just didn't work out very well. I believe that the dog can go deeper when I'm down on all fours.
I like to be bred by real big dogs, and often construct a platform to kneel on so that I will be at the perfect height. Facing the corner of a room is ideal because I can't escape and am forced to take it all. By carefull planning and positioning, and by working the dog into a sexual frenzy before mounting, there is no way to prevent from being knotted, regardless of how well he is endowed.

mm best position, well, mm that is a hard thing to pin point. From my experiance each dog has thier own favorite position. My favorite position is missionary. but to me it isn't just about me, I also take her into concideration. and they are all different. Me being female dog exclusive only have experiance with the females though.

(male guy, female dog) The two positions we used most were standard riding (her on top, facing me) and missionary (me on top). Sometimes we did her on top facing a way with me guiding her movements. Once in a while we did sitting upright (her in my lap, facing me)...if your grrl is small enough to do this position comfortably, I'd recommend trying it.
