Hi all!

A new credit system is now implemented - the system will grant you "download credits" on a daily basis.

How does it work? If you contribute with uploads then you get a 2:1 ratio ofcause - just like in old days. However - based on your posts and board reputation - you can earn additional credits - the exact algorithm is top secret :ph34r: .. but trust me, it is quite easy to get download credits :)

You can always check your credit balance under your account - eg.:

this user currently have 14 downloads per day.

Also nice to be able to download a little more. But you can't get rid of me that easily, I'll still be posting away, because saying thanks only takes a moment, but I know how much they mean to /me/, so I figure they mean a lot to others too.

I do like the idea of this new system. I have no idea of the formula of course, but I think if I just keep posting, commenting and thanking as I have been, and start uploading a bit more (now I've actually found more stuff to contribute) I'll be a happy rhino.

I didn't find the recent system all that bad, once I was past the spam delay timer it was easy to keep my post count up, and I'll not be stopping now, but thank you for these download credits, this is an even better system!

Ok, somehow I managed to get 6 download credits...per day !

But this doesn´t mean really, I can download 6 pics or vids every day, even if I don´t contribute and post anything, does it ?

I could not believe this :P

again asking what the algorithm is will not get you the secret to this... it is an ancient chinese secret.. and will stay that way...

I look at my profile and what!!!!! 670 download credits per day? surely that must be a mistake? But if it isn't, I prostate myself in front of the persons that invented this credit system * makes sure southy doesnt come up from behind *

seems OK to me - remember that VIP's have a 10:1 download ratio :)

... however we will monitor the number of credits given out during the upcoming weeks and perhaps adjust and tweak the things a bit ...

If it´s that easy to get download credits, then this was a good idea :) :beer: :rock: !!!

I think this is a great idea, And hopefully will encourge more productive posts people.

Kinda makes me feel privalidged to be able to download 24 day.
