Hmm.... It's just natural to me.. I've known since i was very young that i was a zoophile. Been natural ever since.

I've loved dogs my entire life i always wanted one. Well I can think of a multitude of potential reasons why I am the way I am.
A pretty big one is actually quiet strange considering where I'm online. I highly dislike the majority of humans. I have a very unusual and rather negative concept of humans in general.
Now, if a person is normal, interesting, or intelligent than I get along fine. I'd gladly strike up pleasant conversation any day. The problem is that the vast majority of humans I meet around the place I live, whether it's at school or the streets, are just plain parasitic and unintelligent people. Put it simply, most people I know are the type to go to the back of the schoolbus and yell profanities and needless remarks and scream their heads off as if it makes them "macho."
From my point of view, popularity is all that matters to most people nowadays. Trends, cell phones, myspace for crying out loud. Nothing intelligent or worthy here, but people love it.
So I ended up being rather anti-social. I'll chat with adults or good people, but most of the time I don't socialize at all and end up spending my free time reading. I tend to completely ignore the remainder of people, even though I often want to get highly agressive. I'm just a passive person so I never actually do blow up but I certainly do feel angry at people shining a laser pointer into my eye for the hell of it as if it's cool. (I spend a lot of time online without any problems because the people I meet here tend to be more interesting and normal, and the majority of bad people get removed.)
Now, on the other topic, I've always had a fasincation and admiration with animals. I like most of them, but have always had a heavy leaning to predatory animals. And when you get into any fantastical animals, be it anthropomorphic, talking animals, dragons, whatever, I become almost giddy with love and excitement.

So you combine the two and it's somewhat natural to lean towards animals sexually. Simple as that. Originally it started out with me finding extreme grace and beauty with predatory or fantasy animals, such as big cats or wolves. I also have a small liking of being dominated, so when you end up with my imagination thinking about a 300 pound tiger on top of me, I start getting turned on. Eventually things got distinctively sexual in my head, and eventually I started writing up stories (I wasn't that big of an internet fan, so no porn) about it just to ease my imagination. And I also started wanting to actually have sex with some animals, and not neccassarily even sex, just pleasing them, since I like to give a lot and not neccassarily receive. So after a while I looked stuff up on the net, found this buddy forum, and here I am making an unessaraily long post about why :P

Ive already answered but Id like to chime in again as I didnt go into enough depth. I think alot of the reason Im zoo is do to the fact that animals have no hidden motives. They have no like or dislike of your tastes in music, clothing, social [SPAM], ect. They dont care of your race or gender (gender to a point). All they want is your love and for you to take care of them. I also think that a large portion of why I am sexualy attracted to animals (dogs and horses, dogs more than horses though) is because humans tend to be attracted to the taboo and non mainstream things. I find something so erotic about being with a dog of either sex. The smells, the way they feel and move and the sounds they make. All a huge turn on for me.

I also think what someone above said about humans wanting to test other species and spread their genes over a larger area are true (though interspecies mating and production of offspring is impossible). I think the humans who only have sex and have relationships within their own species are somewhat closed minded and nieve. We are just animals afterall, and by our nature, we want to put member (.a in hole (.b, or vice versa. The only thing that seperates us and other animals is technology. Good for us, we have made tools to help us in every day life. Other animals are or can be just as loving to us, if you know how to treat them and read their emotions.

Dont get me wrong, I LOVE human females too, but animals just have a certain draw to them that human females dont. In some cases I find human females more physically attractive, but I almost always find animals more emossionally attractive. You dont have to worry about them cheating on you (unless the neighbor let his dog out :P ), you dont have to have fights over money. You dont have to play a guessing game when the other is upset. Animals are what they are, and they love you for what you are. So thats why Im a zoo.
