I think people will always be afraid of what they don't understand. And most people don't understand zoohphiles, simple as that. So the only way we can be accepted is to help as many people as we can understand what we're all about. :)

im sure it's the psychological factor that's involved with people's unacceptance relating to bestiality. because most people either see animals as companions (non-sexually) and/or food and i think it stirs up mixed and confused feelings. i don't really know how to explain it but think about someone's grandparent, there's a lot of mental relations in regards to how a person should feel towards their grandparent. so when people see bestiality in this sense, which most people can't control, then that makes it hard for them to accept it.
i hope i didn't sound confusing, it's really kind of complicated cuz my mind's working faster than my fingers. |

People are just afraid of it because they don't understand it. A lot of people think we're hurting the animals and we're being selfish because we're using the animals for our own sexual pleasure. Personally, I think an animal can give us more love than an actual human being. If you think about it, we're on a deeper level in our relationships with animals. I mean, if we were really hurting the animal, it would let us know, but last time I checked a dog loves to lick anything tasty. Take people with a homosexual lifestyle, most people who are against it are just afraid and don't understand where they're coming from in regards to their sexual preferences.

Taboos are the bane of expansion and growth. Many people who might have been brilliant minds were never heard because of taboo. Eventually the world as a whole will become more liberal and accepting. Then the zoos of that generation can rejoice in their freedom. I have only told one other outside this forum that I am a zoo, and it was one who I met on another site during the transition time when I discovered my true sexuality (Bi) and kept in contact with via AIM. It is sad I could only tell someone I don't even know the face of because of what it might do to my relationship with my friends.
